Work involved new gas boiler, cylinder, pump, thermostats, timer, three new radiators, one replacement radiator and associated pipework. Throughout the process of first visit, issue of estimate, agreeing to go ahead, setting dates, work being carried out, clearing scrap and commissioning. My wife and I were completely satisfied with every aspect of the service offered by this firm. Communication with the onsite and office staff was exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone seeking heating engineers.

We had an old, inefficient boiler and its controls checked along with the radiators in a house that we have just purchased. Mullins advised on the best quality and most efficient boiler - a condensing boiler - to replace the existing one, along with replacing some of the radiators. The job was done very neatly, and the heating system thoroughly re-checked, all to a pre-agreed budget, which while it seemed a little more expensive than average, was well worth it for the high quality of work done. Everything was left immaculate afterwards. The system all works very well now. Right from the first communications with the office, Mullins could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they will now always be our provider of choice for anything to do with heating and plumbing.

We recently moved into this property and felt the central heating and hot water system needed updating. We obtained several quotes but felt Mullins provided the most efficient service with excellent advice and a competitive quote. The work including a new boiler with new flue, eight radiators with thermostatic valves and remote control was completed efficiently and cleanly by very friendly and informative workmen. Most impressed with Mullins from our first enquiry to the completion of our new boiler installation. Very prompt service, everybody helpful without exception. Clean and tidy work. Ultra-efficient and personal service with all aspects of the job. A firm we feel confidence in for the future and would recommend to anybody.

The whole process from quote to installation and clear-up was prompt and efficient. All staff were friendly helpful and efficient, including the office staff. The carpets which had to be lifted were replaced as well as they were before they were lifted, and ever part of the job was done tidily. The guarantee which this company gives is good. We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed and new fireplace and gas fire fitted. Quote was very competitive and accurate. Engineers arrived on time and the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. We were very impressed with the whole process from receiving the quote to completion of the work and will definitely use them again.

Mullins installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler after my original old boiler failed leaving me with no heating. They are a very professional organisation from the people in the office (polite, helpful, call when they say they are going to) to the contractors themselves who turn up on time, explain everything and address any problem arising. I had a follow-up issue which was also dealt with efficiently. Mullins juggled other commitments around to ensure my heating problem was solved ASAP. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

A request for a quote for a new boiler resulted in a survey within a week and then the installation the week after. The engineers were here at 8.30 in the morning and the work completed by mid afternoon. A slight hiccup a few days later resulted in the installing engineer coming back at 8.30am the same morning to sort us out! We have used this firm for our oil-fired boiler and heating system for several years. They are always attentive, friendly and reliable. Any crises are dealt with very rapidly and we feel we can trust them to look after us.

My 90 year old mother had her boiler/central heating system installed some time ago by Mullins and was very pleased with their work. She took out a service plan with them. On occasion, she has been confused by her thermostat settings and they have always been very kind and supportive to her, even attending when there wasn't really anything wrong. Yesterday, after a power cut, the pump failed. They came out immediately and fixed the problem without any charge for the replacement part. Mum feels very secure that Mullins are there if she needs help.

We and our extended family have used Mullins for many years, however, a couple of years ago we took out their maintenance plan and I have to say it is worth every penny. We woke Sunday morning to a flooded boiler cupboard, no hot water and we were very stressed. Phoned the out of hours number, engineer appeared within the hour and fixed the boiler really quickly. So pleased with the service, thoroughly recommend.

Mullins came to the rescue when our old boiler needed replacing in an emergency during a very cold period and during the Covid lockdown. I contacted Mullins and the friendly receptionist sent someone round promptly to give me a quote for a new one and it was fitted 3 days later. On the day of the installation, the two man team turned up promptly first thing, they were friendly and approachable and worked very efficiently until the completion of the work late afternoon. They put floor protection down around their work area and were happy to de-shoe to go upstairs and tend to the radiators. Inevitably there is always some cleaning up to do after such a big job but it didn't take too long as they had protected areas well and hoovered up the worst before they left. It is a relief that they provide aftercare service so I will definitely continue to use Mullins for the boiler's annual service and indeed for any other related jobs. The boiler has been working wonderfully since its fitting two weeks ago; it is easy to use, much quieter and more powerful than our old one so has significantly improved the hot water pressure. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Mullins to others.

From our first contact with Mullins through to the completion of the NOT very straightforward job that included dismantling and taking out a very heavy old AGA type boiler/stove we could not have been more pleased. The men always turned up very promptly each day over the five day job, were always very pleasant, cracked on with their work and cleaned up thoroughly as they went along and at the end of the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

We have been using Mullins for nearly 15 years and have always been very happy with their work and service. They installed 2 gas boilers 15 years ago and have always serviced them, but it was time for both to be updated. The 3 man team turned up on time each day and did a wonderful job. Clean, polite, friendly and efficient. Considering that all 3 were in and out of the house for 3 days, they left the house and garage clean and tidy. Our boilers are situated in the garage and it now looks like a ships engine room with so many pumps and valves. We have an old, large house with 24 radiators and the new, updated system works amazingly and looks fabulous. Such a neat job. We are all impressed. Thank you to all the staff at Mullins.
