No heating after a 3-week holiday. I phoned the next day and a temp fix had the heating on by afternoon. Then asked for a new boiler the actual price given the day + time of fix and all done within 7 days. The engineers were excellent & informative. great outcome couldn't fault the company.

Old old LPG boiler failed and Simon gave us an immediate quote for a new one and installed it the following day! Much appreciated in the cold weather. Simon and Christian both professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent workmanship and left everything clean and tidy and explained their support available going forward. Mullins fitted a Worcester 4000 combi replacement gas boiler. The engineers were clean, quiet, pleasant, and they cleaned up after themselves. They patiently explained how the new system works. Everything works as expected. We are very pleased with the result! Thank you very much!

From our first contact with Mullins through to the completion of the NOT very straightforward job that included dismantling and taking out a very heavy old AGA type boiler/stove we could not have been more pleased. The men always turned up very promptly each day over the five day job, were always very pleasant, cracked on with their work and cleaned up thoroughly as they went along and at the end of the day. Boiler broke down, so rang Mullins (had used them previously). Mr. Mullins called next day, diagnosed the problem, boiler was 12 yrs old, so decided to go for a replacement. Two of his engineers came the next day and fitted the new boiler. They were pleasant, efficient, and tidy, and had the boiler installed, and the system refilled and tested by mid afternoon. Mullins response to our breakdown could not have been quicker. We have always found them pleasant, informative, and efficient, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent work completed in two days by very pleasant chaps. Second boiler fitted by Mullins and we would not have had them again if their service over the years had not been so good, prompt and worth using again! Aftercare excellent as long as the boiler is serviced by them once a year, and with gas you would not do otherwise. Recommended highly.

Our old back boiler was replaced with a combi-boiler in two and a half days. The engineers started working in under a week from giving us a quote. All carpets were covered to ensure no mess was left. They cleared up every night so our life was as easy as possible. The engineers kept us informed of what they were doing and were very willing to answer questions. They were co-operative and adjusted to our program and requests. The engineer gave us clear instructions on how to use the boiler.

Mullins have been annually servicing my combi boiler for the last 20 years. On Wednesday the 7th of February the boiler stopped working (no power on cct board). The boiler was 14 years old, it was installed by Mullins all those years ago. During last years annual service I had discussed with Graham changing the boiler in a year or two, why, because we had recently completed an extension and fitted a range cooker as well as a pending retirement, I didn't want the worry of a boiler replacements when I was not in employment. As it happened I called Bev on Friday 2nd of February and booked in a visit to discuss a new boiler replacement (a larger type and new wider diameter gas supply pipe). Would you believe it, the following Wednesday the boiler gave up, day's before the arranged visit, but Graham arrived within an hour and on Friday the same week the new pipework and boiler was in and running. Simon was the lead gas engineer on the job, with him were Christian and Neal. Top guy's, very professional, explained the process, listened to the customer and gave a brief on the new boiler operation before leaving the same day and left everything clean and tidy behind them. The workmanship was excellent and as previous reviewers have said, carpet covers and respect for the owners home seems a minimum standard applied (thank you guy's). Would recommend Mullins to friends, family and anyone else who were looking for a safe gas heating supplier with engineers who would treat you right.
