We recently moved into this property and felt the central heating and hot water system needed updating. We obtained several quotes but felt Mullins provided the most efficient service with excellent advice and a competitive quote. The work including a new boiler with new flue, eight radiators with thermostatic valves and remote control was completed efficiently and cleanly by very friendly and informative workmen. We would happily recommend this company to all and look forward to having the yearly servicing completed by them. An excellent experience with all the company's staff.

The Trader arrived at 8 am on the morning of Thursday 21st October and commenced work by having firstly to remove the old boiler and then replacing it with a new one. The whole process was quite complicated with old pipework having to be rearranged including both water & gas pipes. The work was completed about lunch time and then radiators in the house had to be re balanced due to the initial drainage of water from the system. the trader completed the process with vacuuming the area and general cleaning leaving the whole area as it was on arrival. I was impressed with their standard of work and subsequent certificate showing Building regulation compliance

My original combi boiler was fitted by Mullins some sixteen years ago and was serviced by them every year, on the few occasions that there was a problem they always attended promptly and fixed the fault. As I felt it was time to update the boiler I contacted Bev at Mullins and the next morning Graham came to look at the job and gave me a quote which I accepted, within half an hour of Graham leaving Bev rang me to arrange a date the following week for the work to be done. On the due day the two engineers arrived on time, they were polite and friendly, all the carpets were covered before work started and everything done in a professional manner including a steep climb to get on the roof to replace the flue. I can say that the whole job from start to finish was first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've had mullins service my old back boiler for many years. Today they finished fitting a new worcester bosch combi in my airing cupboard. They were on time, tidy, quick and the new pipe work is a work of art. They covered my carpets and were mindful of my wishes. They went above and beyond. Thanks Mullins. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the service from Mullins heating. Our aging combi boiler had never worked very well and we endured many cold winters. After an initial inspection, we were given a quote very quickly and the team, led by Simon, installed a Worcester Greenstar 2000 combi boiler the next week. They also replaced most of the thermostatic valves and fitted a new flue. We were warned there might be a few problems due to the rather low water pressure at our house, but in fact, all the radiators work beautifully. As well as vacuuming every radiator to prevent air bubbles, the team also returned the next morning to carry out a full system flush. They were all very friendly, polite, and efficient, and Simon even dealt with a leaky pipe for us under the kitchen sink, which wasn't even his responsibility but was much appreciated. Brilliant service!

Mullins fitted our previous boiler and had always serviced it, we had never had a problem with them so when we needed a new one they were the obvious choice! The fitters were lovely, worked so hard all day and always left everything clean and tidy (they were with us two and a bit days) Plus they took away the old boiler and other rubbish

Very efficient service from the time the estimate was given, arranging a date and the installation being completed. Installation was trouble free. The engineers arrived punctually and the work was carried out without mess. All the old boiler parts were taken away. All the people I dealt with were friendly and very professional.

Absolutely impeccable. Clean tidy, considerate and no fuss. All appointments kept on time cheerful and informative staff and completed task ahead of scheduled time.

My 90 year old mother had her boiler/central heating system installed some time ago by Mullins and was very pleased with their work. She took out a service plan with them. On occasion, she has been confused by her thermostat settings and they have always been very kind and supportive to her, even attending when there wasn't really anything wrong. Yesterday, after a power cut, the pump failed. They came out immediately and fixed the problem without any charge for the replacement part. Mum feels very secure that Mullins are there if she needs help.

Mullins installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler after my original old boiler failed leaving me with no heating. They are a very professional organisation from the people in the office (polite, helpful, call when they say they are going to) to the contractors themselves who turn up on time, explain everything and address any problem arising. I had a follow-up issue which was also dealt with efficiently. Mullins juggled other commitments around to ensure my heating problem was solved ASAP. I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

We had out boiler replaced on 6th September 2021. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency that the work was completed and would definitely Mullins to other customers requiring this type of work.

Very impressed with the efficiency, neatness and high standard of work carried out fitting our new Worcester Bosch boiler. The work was done in the time frame given even though a cupboard had to be dismantled and then re assembled (better than before in fact with modifications to the back to allow better access to boiler parts in the future). The guys doing the installation were very polite and helpful. Bev In the office too is always very helpful and kept us well informed. We have had boilers from Mullins in the past and the aftercare and servicing has always been excellent. Many thanks.

All our dealings with Mullins were very professional. We had a new boiler installed in a new location and they had to remove the old boiler, water tanks and immersion heater etc. The team carried out a first class job and everything was done on time and at the agreed price. Would highly recommend.
