Post catastrophic failure of central heating boilers, Mullins were superb. 1) arrived to provide estimate of work within 2 hours of first contact phone call. 2) Provided estimate of work to be completed for installation of new boiler by 9am following morning 3) Executed all work to plan, to time and within budget, very professional.

Installed new boiler, pump, valves and radiator thermostats. Rewired NEST thermostat. Prompt. Carried out a very thorough job. System working well - winter will give it a real test. Very pleasant team. Left us clean and tidy. More expensive than expected and having to pay total cost, rather than a significant deposit, before the job started was unusual.

After condemning the existing boiler on the annual service 29.01.18 for excessive CO emission. Mullins fitted a new replacement boiler the next day. They commenced at 7:45am and completed the work by 3.00pm.

Our family has been using Mullins for years. Our property had been rented out and we had relied on them to service our heating. When we returned to the property we have found most of the radiator taps do not work and the noise from them was deafening. Despite this we asked them to return to service the boiler and fix some of the problems and also if we could renew our service contract which had over run by 7 months. Even though we have been with them for many years they refused us the opportunity to renew the contract as they now advised us our boiler was deemed to old. We are thoroughly disappointed with Mr Mullins and his team.
