Exceptional service, called on Monday morning, had quotes by Monday afternoon, and as our boiler had given up in this cold weather, they even juggled their workload and fitted new boiler on the Thursday. Office staff and fitters friendly and polite. Great workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

We had an old, inefficient boiler and its controls checked along with the radiators in a house that we have just purchased. Mullins advised on the best quality and most efficient boiler - a condensing boiler - to replace the existing one, along with replacing some of the radiators. The job was done very neatly, and the heating system thoroughly re-checked, all to a pre-agreed budget, which while it seemed a little more expensive than average, was well worth it for the high quality of work done. Everything was left immaculate afterwards. The system all works very well now. Right from the first communications with the office, Mullins could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they will now always be our provider of choice for anything to do with heating and plumbing.

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler installed and new fireplace and gas fire fitted. Quote was very competitive and accurate. Engineers arrived on time and the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. We were very impressed with the whole process from receiving the quote to completion of the work and will definitely use them again.

We have been using Mullins for nearly 15 years and have always been very happy with their work and service. They installed 2 gas boilers 15 years ago and have always serviced them, but it was time for both to be updated. The 3 man team turned up on time each day and did a wonderful job. Clean, polite, friendly and efficient. Considering that all 3 were in and out of the house for 3 days, they left the house and garage clean and tidy. Our boilers are situated in the garage and it now looks like a ships engine room with so many pumps and valves. We have an old, large house with 24 radiators and the new, updated system works amazingly and looks fabulous. Such a neat job. We are all impressed. Thank you to all the staff at Mullins.

From initial contact, to quote, to completion of the job Mullins couldn’t have been more efficient, responsive, friendly and professional. The engineers on site were exceptionally hardworking and the quality of the plumbing was excellent. They listened carefully to our specific requirements and preferences in terms of the details of the installation and carried them out very satisfactorily. Mullins have serviced our back boiler since it was fitted by them in 2000. In October it came to the end of its life, and we were quoted for a new Worcester Bosch Combi boiler. The work has been completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. All three engineers were very pleasant, careful and efficient, and demonstrated considerable skill. We are totally satisfied, both with the work and the boiler, and would willingly recommend Mullins .

The annual service agreement I have with Mullins showed that our fifteen year old boiler was in need of replacement due to the heat exchanger leaking. A competitive quote was provided with a fifteen year guarantee and a date arranged for installation. Excellent polite service with no problems or need to return. Highly recommended.

Had a fault on my boiler , water was leaking through the ceiling (boiler was in the loft). Rang Mullins on Tuesday the 5th , they came the same day and unfortunately boiler was deemed to be life-expired, had a quote for replacement which was accepted, new boiler fitted the following Thursday. The two engineers completed the job in a day with not one bit of mess, all carpets were covered, could not have been more pleased with the service. Thanks

Within a week of calling Mullins for a quote for a new boiler, it was installed!. They were prompt and at all times very professional, courteous but also friendly. They were very mindful of the customers needs and took precautions to protect floorings with groundsheets and slip mats. I was very impressed how all tools ad equipment were laid out in readiness for the work ahead. A small thing I know but it showed their professionalism and attitude to the work in hand. The work was completed within in the day and everywhere was left spotless. All old bits and boxes etc. were taken away too. I would highly recommend Mulllins.

I knew from previous work they would do an excellent job and they did. Very professional, friendly and very respectful of my property. Extremely tidy and painstaking with minimal touching up needed where the new boiler didn’t fit the space left by the old one. I have absolute faith that they would rectify anything if it should go wrong in the future and would do it with skill and professionalism. They don’t do a cheap job but it is totally worth it for the peace of mind and confidence in the 15 year guarantee. I also very much like that it’s easy to speak to them - Bev in the office is professional and efficient but also very human. So lovely not to have to speak to a machine.
