Found out about this company on Google. Emailed them on the Monday morning and by the afternoon, we had arranged the fitting of a second hand stairlift for the next day, at 9:30 in the morning. They got back in contact with me straight away, I had missed their calls due to being at work. My mum has COPD and is in an upstairs flat so struggled to get outside. Have had no issues since but Michael has reassured me that we can always contact them, if we have any queries/concerns. He even hoovered after the work and offered to make my mum a tea which I thought was very sweet Top marks 11/10 Fantastic customer service.

We got a reconditioned Stairlift for my dad, he has a very narrow staircase. It was a lovely experience at the shop, we spoke to Michael who was really nice. He showed us around the whole store, he took us upstairs to see all of the stock and Dad saw the one he wanted. Michael then talked us through it. Everything went smoothly, it was sorted there and then. A very quick installation too, within the week or so. If we have any issues, we've been informed that we can get in touch and they'll be there to help. 5s across the board.

We had a Stairlift installed. It all stemmed from when I fell down the stairs & broke a vertebrae in my back. My husbands legs are weak so we've been thinking about getting a stairlift for some time. It's been working fine ever since we got it installed. I got a leaflet through the door about Mobility services and decided to call them. We wouldn't we without it now. Very good customer service.

Stairlift was fitted a couple of weeks ago by Michael. We've had no problems with it - they were a brilliant company to deal with. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
