Hi, I'm Mark Young, Founder and Director of MY Locksmith Solutions Ltd.
MY Locksmith Solutions is Based in East Preston, West Sussex.

I served 23 years in HM Forces (Army), as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer, having completed my NCFE L3 Locksmith and Upvc Specialist course. I then established MY Locksmith Solutions in 2012 with the aid of the Royal British Legions "Be The Boss Scheme".

I pride myself on reliability, honesty, integrity, professionalism and courtesy. I have 100% customer feedback on Google, Yell and Checkatrade. and strive for the highest standards.

Issue with Front Door Lock

I called Mark to investigate an issue with my front door, where the thumb turn kept spinning. Mark attended and gave a solution to replace the thumb turn to see if that solved the issue. He said he could do it there and then; if that didn't work he then gave the next step and associated costs. Mark replaced it and gave me the opportunity to test. The lock was slightly too big, so Mark ordered the correct size, and we arranged a date to fit. Mark was honest and transparent. I also asked him to realign the side door, which was also fixed. I now have a front door that actually works; I've only put up with it for 3 years!! Thank you, Mark. There are honest traders out there, and MY Locksmith Solutions is one of them!

I contacted Mark as the lock had broken on my bifold door. He visited the same day and advised that parts would need to be ordered; if they were in stock, they should be delivered the next day. He gave me the option of a temporary lock to be fitted so that we were able to use the door and the property was secure; this was a godsend as the part was not in stock, so I had to wait a little longer. Mark is very competent, tidy, extremely polite and helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.
