I needed some light fittings and a shower extractor fan replaced. Booking the slot was easy and they asked the right questions to ensure they would have the right type of replacement fan. I was given a set date and time and quote. The electrician turned up as scheduled and did a great job, taking the time to check my preferences on the height of one of the fittings. The invoice was as quoted and was easy to pay via phone or bank transfer.

Was able to secure a visit within three days. Needed two external security lights replaced. Two internal lights needed fixed. All work completed in around an hour and working well. Neil is my go to guy for electrics. He, or his guys, turn up.

I was very impressed with my new fuse box and the attention to detail . Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend.

Having had work done before by N.Brown Electrical Ltd, I asked them to replace my Smoke Alarms in the house. Sam arrived on the day and time as arranged. He is friendly & professional and carried out the work speedily & efficiently. I would not hesitate in contacting this firm again if I required work done in the future. I found the company N.Brown Electrical in the ‘Local Trader’ magazine & other than this advert I had no other knowledge of them. From the start Neil was very friendly, professional, & efficient in assessing the job, the best way to do it & he provided a time & duration for the work & a breakdown of the price list for parts. The job involved replacing the old fuse board & installing extra sockets. Both Neil & Sam were friendly & pleasant but totally focused on the job, & you would hardly have known they were in the house. They arrived on time & worked constantly, explained exactly what they were doing, when to expect breaks in the electric supply & the work was very professionally done. Overall I was very satisfied with the work, would definitely contact the company again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, 5* service & value for money overall.

N Brown Electrical Ltd were very prompt in replying to my initial enquiry and provided a quotation for replacement of the Electronic Programmer of my heating system. On the day, a courtesy message let me know Sam was on his way and the work was carried out efficiently and quickly. I was impressed with Sam's polite manner and standard of workmanship and the professional way the firm communicates with the customer, such that I have already booked them for further work in my house!

Sam arrived when expected. I got a courtesy message when he was on his way. I tried 2 other electricians but neither got back to me so I was happy with the speedy reliable service. Security light replaced within 30 minutes and proposed fix for kitchen lights explained. Hopefully the kitchen lights will be working again soon. Happy to recommend this company based on my experience this far.

A great electrician. I phoned Neil because a previous electrician didn't do a very good job. Neil arrived on time, was polite and explained what was happening. The job was done to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I would quite happily recommend this firm to everyone.

A very small job, adding one double socket, was carried out quickly & efficiently. Sam tidied up thoroughly and communicated in an easy manner throughout. I felt that I had a reliable workman one the house & Would use the company again.

Neil was engaged to provide an up to date electrical survey prior to sale of a newish apartment. He was very thorough and spotted a quite intricate problem. I will have confidence to use him again

Sam was quick to diagnose the problem with our microwave and got it sorted very quickly. Speedy, efficient, and clearly explained what needed to be done - good service all round.

The task was to run power to our shed and to install outside sockets in an awkward location. Neil turned up on time to estimate the work and provided solutions to any problems. A detailed estimate followed soon after. On the day of the work, it was carried out without fuss, including a late change of plan involving running a cable under patio pavers. Care was taken to cover internal surfaces and any dust and rubble were cleaned up. Highly recommended.

Neil and his staff were very professional , friendly and happy to answer any questions. They did a great job with installing new pendant lights and the workman ship was to a high standard. His fees were very reasonable and he even put up an extra light that wasn’t in original quote for the same price.

The service we received was very professional, kept informed by text as to when Neil would arrive. This information continued while the works were being completed. Our defibrillator fitting was fitted with minimum fuss, very knowledgeable advice and the office left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use again for any future works.

The member of the team who did the installation arrived at the agreed time and was able to get it done very quickly. Highly recommend. Great communication and a high standard of work. It was straightforward to book in with the office, and I got a text reminder on the day with an ETA. Work was done efficiently and I had minimal tidy up to do afterwards. Most recently I had my electric/light fittings changed, but have previously had an electrical test and fuse board replacement done by Neil and his colleague. Pricing is transparent and fair. Definitely a tradesperson you can rely on.

Neil arrived on time and he and Sam quickly identified a number of electrical problems in the apartment and garages. They completed the repairs very quickly and rectified all the faults. The total charge for parts and labour was very reasonable.
