I contacted Neil to have two outside lights installed. A date and time was given to me and the job was booked in. On the day, Neil texted to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time in his van with a nice logo on it. Neil did the work in a very professional way and dealt with a small issue without any problems. His follow up after the work was done by email was great and it is obvious that he cares that the customer is completely satisfied with the work done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Neil to anyone who needs electrical work done as his excellent standard of customer service and care is rarely found these days.

I got a new google doorbell fitted by Neil, he was excellent, he arrived when he said he would and provided everything that was needed for the job. Then sent me an invoice the next day. Very professional service from the time I contacted Neil for a quote to getting the work completed. He arrived on time, contacting me beforehand to let me know he was on his way, and did a great job installing a couple of wall lights and replacing another light fitting.
