I got in touch with Neil Brown as I had a few issues, socket not working, outside light and under cabinet lights not working, etc. He did a great job, honored the price quoted and left the place so tidy. Absolutely delighted, would gladly use him again or recommend to others

Neil and his colleague changed the cable of my home car charger. They were able to fit the job in earlier than anticipated when the parts arrived early. Great professional work which I’m very pleased with. They use an app which allows you to see them travelling to your home which ensured I wasn’t away at the time they called. I will definitely use Neil again for any future electrical work.

Neil came the same day I called as a fluorescent fixture was blowing protection all other lights on the system were not working, He installed a new fixture and got everything working very quickly. The new fixture he brought is amazing. A very good experience. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone with electrical problems and all other electrical services he provides. I did not think it would be fixed and working so fast. He is fast and very efficient and very reasonably priced.

Contacted NEIL BROWN Electrical with the view to upgrading our fuse box/consumer unit. They responded within 30 mins and after a bit of back and forth via email I was absolutely clear what the process would be. Booked a full EICR (Electrical installation condition report) to establish the state of my home electrical system. Neil turned up on the arranged day and after a quick look at the existing set up let me know his initial thoughts (great way to make sure I was under no illusions of what to expect). After this he and his apprentice went to work and spent several hours going around all of the switches, sockets and fittings efficiently and in great detail. Despite being in the house most of the day there was very little inconvenience to ourselves. He finished the day by outlining the next steps and followed up within 48 hours with the full (detailed) report plus his recommendations. We now have a plan to upgrade which will happen soon. Overall the experience was very professional and low impact despite the level of work involved.

I contacted Neil electrician following an advert I saw in the Local Shopper leaflet and after online research showed his very high review score. His office contacted me very promptly and arranged a date for him to attend and provide a quote. All of this was backed up with confirmation emails and texts. He attended to give me a quote and to carry out the work all within the agreed time frame and he even sent me text messages with an estimate of how many minutes away he was. Very efficient. The invoices arrived promptly and was easy to pay. The standard of work was very high and it didn't take him long. Overall incredibly impressed by him and his team who kept in touch at every step of the way. Thoroughly recommended.

Very professional from initial call and kept informed of expected arrival to provide quote. Agreed time for work to be carried out 3 days later. Arrived as expected. All work carried out as requested. No issues at all, would recommend Neil.

Neil was very helpful and knowledgeable about what the problem was when our boiler wasn't receiving any power. He was able to fix the issue without any trouble. The price was always communicated so nothing came as a surprise. We will definitely use his service again when needed.

First ever tradesman I have booked for a certain date and time and they not only arrived on time but sent a tracking message detailing where they were 20 min before. Excellent work, very efficient, clean and tidied up after. Very mannerly and work completed was excellent.

Neil did several electrical jobs for us including fitting new bathroom extractor fan, fitting large new ceiling lights, sorting defective dimmer switches and kitchen cupboard lighting. The booking process was efficient and he arrived when expected. The work was carried out to a high standard and bill received on completion. Friendly and competent service. Will use again.

Neil has good administrative support so it was easy to make the appointment. It was made clear that the call out and labour fee would be £90 minimum. I had a reminder email a couple of days before and advice that Neil was on his way on the morning. Neil arrived on time, was friendly and polite and quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem with our dimming lights. I was able to pay by card and received the invoice by email. The cost was the £90 plus parts plus VAT. All in all it was a seamless process and I would highly recommend Neil.

Contacted Neil as I was upgrading my home heating controls Neil recommended the nest contol system came to the house explained the process of changing from old to new and put me at ease sent the quote next day which was competitive so I agreed work was scheduled to be done within a week and was completed today and house was left spotless work was done to a very high standard and I would recommend to everyone to use this company for any electrical work

My bathroom needed a new pull switch and light fitting. I saw N Brown Electrical advertised on FaceBook and contacted them. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently, in a friendly and professional manner. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Neil initially carried out a full electrical installation condition report (EICR) on my property and completed work following the report, installing a new fuse board, smoke detectors, flood lights and issuing a certification. I found the service overall very professional, from first contacting the office and speaking to Sam who was so friendly and helpful, he promptly emailed quotations and booked and confirmed dates for the works to be completed. Neil was very thorough, reliable and accommodating in carrying out the work. I would certainly use N.Brown Electrical LTD again and highly recommend.

I had accumulated a large number of small jobs to the point that they were really getting me down. On contacting the office, I received a prompt response, was given a date and time for the work and an explanation of the costing structure. Two days prior to the appointment, I received a confirmation message and, on the day, a further message advising me Neil was 11 minutes away. Although I had a long list of tasks, Neil and his apprentice worked solidly through it and I was very happy with the service provided. I was also satisfied with the final bill which I had been able to accurately anticipate. Not only was I impressed with the carrying out of the electrical work but also with the efficiency of the administration of the appointment, communication, invoicing and customer care. I intend to book Neil for a further piece of work and can highly recommend this company.

Needed a new switch and wiring for a free standing cooker delivery imminent. Neil replied to query quickly and texted exact time of arrival! Was extremely professional and helpful and was able to assess problem competently with solution explained and invoice priced accordingly. Will have this number saved if in the need for any further electrical work required. Highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful man answered my phone call, provided quote for work and informed me when Neil would call to do work. Contacted Neil Brown for installation of a extractor in bathroom. Came out and looked at area in roof space . I received a quote and was happy so went ahead with work . Neil arrived when he said and done the work along side a roofer who fitted a vented tile for extractor. No complaints. The unit had a fault and Neil came back next day and had it changed in 10 mins . Very happy with his work and how quickly he had the unit changed. Will use again . Thanks

Neil is easy to get hold of, came out promptly to quote a small job-fitting an extractor fan in the bathroom- that I was struggling to get anyone out to look at. Once I agreed the quote, a date to complete the work was arranged quickly via the admin team. Neil and his apprentice were friendly and efficient- they even fixed a faulty light switch whilst out.
