Neil arrived on time and he and Sam quickly identified a number of electrical problems in the apartment and garages. They completed the repairs very quickly and rectified all the faults. The total charge for parts and labour was very reasonable.

Used Neil and Sam sort out a longtime irksome tripping fault with my electric. From start to finish completely professional to the level I haven’t seen before. Amazing office support from Sam who tries to provide initial help. Neil and Sam turn up when they say they will. Use a state of the art booking system that sends reminders to make sure you don’t miss appointments. Thorough, professional and work is of the highest quality. Explain what work is going to be done in lay persons language. Easy to pay using online payment system. Defo my go to sparks for any future electrical work. Neil/Sam you do your trade proud. The company provided a detailed analysis and cost of the work that needed to be done. Neil and Sam arranged a date for the work and sent several reminders as the date approached. Among the jobs to be done were earthing the gas supply, updating and replacing sockets and lights. Both worked diligently on the tasks, explained what they were doing and combined to complete the job in the time frame they had indicated. Excellent quality of workmanship, communicative and friendly in their manner, I would thoroughly recommend N.Brown Electrical and will use them for any future electrical work.

My 91 year old mother's lights had fused back to the fuse box. I rang first thing and the electrician arrived within 2 hours and had all sorted out and changed light bulbs that I could not reach. Very willing to do anything I asked and gave super service - will not hesitate to use this firm again

Neill arrived on time & had the work of installing 3 ceiling lights, & changing a switch completed quickly & within the timeframe quoted. The work was cleanly & neatly finished & I would certainly use his business again or recommend his work to others. In terms of aftercare, Neil stated that if there were any problems (which I'm confident there won't be) just to phone the company & he would call back. Before arrival I was also messaged to update me on the time Neill would arrive, which is helpful.

We have used Neil on three occasions. For a complete electric survey, to fit Nest heating controls and to fit a new switch for the immersion heater. He has always arrived promptly, explained the job and carried out his work in a skilled and efficient manner. The Nest system required a second visit because of our rather complex wiring but Neil came right away to sort out the issue. Definitely recommended.

First time using this company and as Neil the owner says in his advertising he is the electrician that turns up when he says he will. I have nothing but high praise for the job they did from start to finish. After contact they got back to me straight away. This was followed up by a call to get all the details of what I needed. On the day I was messaged to say the electrician would be there with in 30mins. Our electricians name was Sam and he left a wonderful impression. He was polite efficient and explained exactly what had happened to are sockets. His work was very tidy and didn’t inconvenience of in anyway. I will most definitely be using this company again.
