I had an issue with my kitchen downlights intermittently failing. Contacted Neil’s business and was given a date and timeframe. Neil turned up on time, diagnosed the problem and I had a full set of lights working when he left. Professional efficient and reliable electrician and a refreshing change from other tradesmen I have dealt with in the past.

What a service, from the initial phone call to Neil calling out to do the work was within 24 hours. Sam called to confirm a very reasonable price and within a few hours Neil arrived and completed the job. Professional, friendly, efficient. I can’t recommend Neil enough for all your electrical work. I contacted Neil regarding a fault causing the circuit breaker to trip hence no electric sockets working except in the kitchen. Sam in the office booked a date and time for Neil to carry out the work. He arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, explaining everything along the way and restoring power to all sockets involved. I would have no hesitation recommending Neil as he was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable, kind and courteous as well as tidy and easy to pay.

Neil Brown was asked to review an inspection report of the office installation and fix the issues raised. The work was done in a very professional manner to a pre agreed price and with excellent back office support. His knowledge of the regulations was exemplary and he was able to explain all of the defects in a way I was able to understand.

I booked Neill to replace old smoke alarms at our home. Had regular updates to confirm our booking and on the day he arrived on time and was efficient and tidy. Will be rebooking Neill to do further Electrical work for us. A bonus is he is also local.

Neil Brown carried a full inspection plus fitted a new meter board in our apartment to very satisfactory standard. We found him to be a highly experienced and efficient worker as well as most pleasant personality. We got a full report on the work carried out. We would highly recommend Neil.

We were having issues with particular lights in the house. Within a few minutes Neil had identified the most probable issue. Hi, very happy to recommend Neil for electrical work. I have an old system which my shower started to trip and caused burn out in the switch. Bit hazardous. Neil identified the issue, potential solutions on a scale of cost and time and cracked on to make it safe. I'll definitely use his skill again for any future work. Also, not hard to pay. Rewire of three bedroom house. New distribution boards, safety detectors, rewiring, new sockets and lights. So pretty much everything. The work was done to the cost quoted, good value, and exactly on time - perfect. No nonsense at all, very easy to work with. Trustworthy. Gave him the keys and left him to it. Work was very high quality, no short cuts taken. Neil was very thorough and professional. Would highly recommend, and I will be using again. We rang Neil on Thursday as our sockets throughout the house had stopped working and we had house guests arriving on Saturday. He arranged to come first thing on Friday He arrived on time and despite the fuse box not being labelled properly was able to identify the faulty circuit breaker and replace this.

He dealt with the immediate problems initially , while highlighting areas that could require attention in the future and suggested that a complete 1 day inspection/ survey would identify any major faults that might occur and raise difficulties with the entire installation.
