Nick came to replace a leaking stopcock. He supplied a quote and did the work to a high standard. There were complications that were resolved by, what I saw as , good advice. I would recommend Nick to anyone.

We needed a fortic tank replacing, contacted Nick after reviewing Which Trusted Traders. He visited and advised that to improve hot water flow it may be worth considering an unvented tank system. A quote and a suitable date was agreed. The job was completed on time and on budget. We found Nick to be industrious and kept us informed of progress. He left everything tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending him.

I have moved into a newbuild house and contacted Nick to service the boiler which I did not fully understand. He kept me informed what he was doing and I now have a better understanding of the system particularly regarding water temperature. The charge was very reasonable.

Nick fitted a new heating element in a towel rail and serviced our boiler. Other than being a couple of hours late due to a previous job over running his work was faultless.

Nick attended promptly after receiving an email report that the property heating system was faulty. He investigated, diagnosed the problem and provided remedial solution to it by supplying and repacing the central heating pump of the heating system. I am a satisfied customer for a job well done and promptly attended to.

The plumber arrived on the morning agreed, diagnosed the problem and replaced the internal workings of both cisterns, which now work perfectly. Worked efficiently, tidily and cleanly.

Today was the annual service of the boiler Nick installed for me a few years ago. He reminds me when the work is due to be done, he is punctual, friendly, and doesn't try to charge a huge amount. I would certainly recommend him.

Examined old boiler which was having problems. Discussed options of repair or replacement. Decided to go ahead with new boiler, which the trader gave options and prices. Started work the next day, and was fully up and running the day after. All done to agreed price and schedule.

Installed new boiler smart thermostat to price agreed in advance. I have been using Nick for many years, he often goes above expectations. On this job, he was able to fix some old wiring issues whilst fitting the new thermostat, with no additional charge. He always clearly explains what he’s doing and is very knowledgable in his field.

I have been wanting to have one of these fitted for a while and as I am getting older it is more difficult to bend down to reach the stop cock under the kitchen sink. I now have a switch just inside the cupboard under the sink which is so easily accessible Arrangements were made for Nick to come and install one. He arrived on time, protected the surrounding floor and worked without any mess. I would strongly recommend Nick and will most definitely be using him again and his rates were very reasonable.

I had to find a plumber quite quickly to repair a leaking hot water cylinder. Based on the positive reviews, I selected Nick who fitted me into his busy schedule on the day I phoned him. The nature of the job meant that he worked late but he made sure that all was well before leaving the premises. Friendly and efficient, I highly recommend Nick for any plumbing dramas!

Nick was able to come and complete an annual service of my boiler at short notice. No problems were found. Nick was polite and left the area very tidy.

Excellent service. We were left without heating and hot water as our old boiler had broken. Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick responded immediately at short notice, fitting me a combination boiler replacement which was relocated into the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy. This was the annual service of the boiler, which Nick had installed a few years ago. There was a broken component, which he repaired. Also, one of the radiators had a leaky tap, which he replaced.

I had suffered the strange phenomena of having to run the hot tap to get the cistern to fill with water after use of the toilet. Nick took a couple of minutes to work out what the problem was and gave me an explanation. He fetched and fitted a brand new flush valve after carefully measuring for fit. All was done after protecting the floor with a waterproof covering and making sure that the correct size of flush valve was installed. Everything to do with the cistern was cleaned before being reinstalled. He is happy to explain to the uninitiated, like me, what he is doing and why. This is the second job done for me. A good blend of experience and up to date knowledge.

Nick persisted in his efforts to solve a stubborn leak and was able to fix the problem. He was professional and courteous in his approach and I would highly recommend his work. He arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated cost. Very happy with all aspects of the work.

Nick was friendly and had great customer service and communication from the start. He showed up on time and stayed much later than anticipated to get the work done, he fitted a new sink and tap for me along with a stop switch for the water. The job was much more fiddly in my property and Nick went above and beyond to complete the work! Thanks Nick will be in touch for any future plumbing or heating needs!

I had a leaking water tank outlet over Christmas and looking on trusted traders, I contacted Nick and asked if he could visit at short notice. I was delighted when he agreed to visit same day, and he took no time in determining the issue and fixing it - he would have been on site for no more than 30 minutes. I asked Nick to give an overall view of the condition of the system, and he identified issues that nobody else had done previously, and when requested, addressed those issues. I then asked if he’d service our gas boiler, and witnessed him doing an amazing job of cleaning, replacing a corroded part and maintaining a hard to reach component that in 13 years I had never seen maintained during annual maintenance. Nick is very likeable, very trustworthy and very conscientious - I observed him encountering problems and instead of perhaps skipping the issue, he doubled efforts to resolve them. I’m pleased to say I’ve now found my new regular heating and plumbing expert, and I have no reservation in recommending him very highly.

I called them because our shower was leaking into the roof. His response to my call was prompt and he arrived as agreed. He not only assessed the issue but also sorted cleaning out the drains which solved another issue. Definitely recommended.
