We were recommended to use Neale by another electrician who could not help us. Neale visited very promptly and we walked through the project which involved connecting up a detached garage to enable automatic garage doors to be installed. Also the fuse box required replacement, and we had some issues with a defective security light. Neale explained exactly how he would route the cable and what would be required. He attended at an agreed date, was punctual and because we were not at home at the time, he kept us updated frequently during the day with his progress by phone. He suggested a larger cable to facilitate the possible future installation of a car charger. All work was exceptionally tidy and far exceeded our expectations. A very professional job well done. Neale provided excellent advice on selection and installation of an EV charger and a competitive quote for the work. Work was completed within a week of quote acceptance. Awful weather conditions during installation caused some delays, however Neale completed work on the day as promised by working well into the evening. Certification and registration was completed promptly. After installation Neale was quick to offer sound advice to facilitate installation of a new smart meter by the network provider. Work was conducted in a thoroughly professional and helpful manner throughout.

After a series of problems with the electrical feed to the garage constantly tripping, we took the decision to not only have it renewed but at the same time have a new EV charger installed. As Neales company was listed as a Zappi certified installer we contacted him to quote for the work. His quotation clearly stated what work would be undertaken and even better came within our budget. Neale arrived on time and undertook the installation in a very professional manner with our electrical supply being switched off for just a couple of minutes. His work was neat and tidy and within the morning a new feed was installed in our garage. Then by the end of the day we also had a new Zappi up and working!!! Once again thanks to Neale our electrical problems have been fixed and we can finally charge our car on the drive at home.

Neale was a star, installing a replacement Consumer Unit and adapting the wiring/sockets to reap the benefits of the new unit. All work was completed in a professional and friendly manner, to time and budget. Neale was most helpful, liaising via myself for work undertaken on behalf of my mother. PS - Naturally, Neale is a busy man (highly sought after + exacerbated by Covid), consequently it can take a wee while for him to plan your job in - he does make you aware of his lead times and is most accommodating in adapting to your needs.

I contacted Neale about an electrics quote to convert my studio flat to a one-bedroomed flat and asked whether he knew a builder he would recommend. Neale secured quotes for both works and they were both able to start promptly. As Neale had organised the builder for the work too, it meant that they communicated with each other and with me to ensure timings were both convenient and too that they complied with Covid guidance. I have used Neale's services before and he always completes work to an incredibly high standard, communicates every decision with me and is very easy to work with. He is both professional and good company. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Installation of PIR lighting and IP Cameras was completed according to the quote and with excellent attention to detail. Neale and his very competent team are always ontime, do a great job and clean up carefully. It's a pleasure to have them around the house and we're always impressed with the quality of their work.

Neale & Mark are first class electricians and all work has been completed to a very high standard. The final invoice came in as per their quote plus some extras agreed during the work. We had 8 new Down-lights fitted in the Kitchen, we found Neale to be very helpful suggesting the best positioning of the lights, the work was carried out very professionally. We were very impressed with how tidy it was left at the end of the work. Would recommend.

Neal and a colleague removed our old bedroom wall lights and blanked them off. In their place they fitted ten recessed spotlights into the bedroom ceiling and all in one afternoon! No dust from cutting the ceiling, the house was left just as they found it.
