Replacement Boiler. Exceptionally great service. Attended site within 20 minutes of telephoning them. The boiler was in my fathers home, he is 88 years of age and suffers with dementia and he had no heating and no hot water. They were very understanding of the situation and carried out the works the following day fitting a complete new boiler system. They left the house clean and tidy and kept me fully informed throughout the process.

I chose to use NI Plumbing & Gas after a google search for a local company with good reviews. They were very easy to communicate with prior to the appointment with quick responses to questions. We arranged for my boiler to be replaced 4 days later and Abdurrahman, the engineer phoned and texted to notify me when he would arrive. Abdurrahman was cheerful throughout the job despite having to renew pipes and drill through thick stone walls. He kept us updated as the job progressed. Abdurrahman worked tidily throughout, he did a very neat job and tidied up after himself. As this was in a rental property and the tenant was away I videoed Abdurrahman explaining how to repressurise the boiler & how to operate the thermostat. Abdurrahman was a pleasure to have working on our property. A few days after the boiler was replaced we received a text with the warranty & the gas safety certificate attached and have also received a certificate for building regs. I am impressed with every aspect of my contract with NI and will definitely be using them again in future.

This was an emergency central heating combi gas boiler assesment and then replacement for a vulnerable and disabled elderly lady under very difficult conditions. They were fast, efficient, curteous, and kind at all times. The boiler was quickly replaced, certified and heating and hot water were quickly restored. I cannot recommend them enough.

My boiler was showing a fault and was not working. I contacted N I Gas and Plumbing and was told that someone would be with me the same day.Their engineer turned up at 4.15 to diagnose the fault, he advised me that my boiler was unrepairable and told me I need a replacement. He then gave me a reasonable quote and proceeded to start work. He completed the boiler swap within hours and was still working at 11pm. His work was fantastic,he was extremely knowledgeable and competent. I was more than happy with the service and was extremely grateful.

My central heating stopped working on the worst day possible with freezing temperatures snow and ice outside. I contacted NI gas and plumbing services came same day and was able to fix my heating in which the pipes had frozen up and water temp broke and new parts replaced. I was very pleased with NI Services as they were efficient kept in touch via text. The engineer was very reassuring and ensured my heating was in good working order before he left. They also gave a quote for costing and sent an invoice. I would recommend this company as they offer a 24 hr service and feel they did a good job over and above.
