We had our bathroom completely refurbished, including a shower, toilet, vanity unit, tiling and associated work, and we are very pleased with the finished result. Darren and Josh were both pleasant, friendly and easy to have around the house. Communication was good throughout and they kept us informed about what was happening and the progress of the work. The job took a little longer than originally expected, but overall everything was completed well. The final price was a little higher than the original estimate, but this was because I added some additional work, including plastering and a shower alcove. What stood out most was how approachable and responsive they were. Once everything had settled, we noticed a small leak from the shower. I contacted them and they came back the very next day to sort it out, which I thought was excellent aftercare. The bathroom has been completely transformed and looks great. Overall, they did a very good job and I would be happy to recommend them.

Nick and his team have done all our plumbing work at our house in Nottingham for years, from a recent boiler replacement to general services and fixing issues. All work has always been completed to a high standard - they are very professional throughout, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to all.

I was given Nicks number by a friends plumber. And pleased I was given it. Nick was the third engineer I had round to quote for a boiler replacement and he left a good first impression on me on his initial visit. He explained in detail the job to be done and I knew it would be in good hands. The quote came back competitive which I was pleased about so I booked in. That in itself I found pleasant as I was dealing with Jenny either through emails or the landline so the communication was simple. The boiler has just been installed and I was right to be impressed. He works to a high standard and left us with the new boiler working on the first night which was a bonus as it was freezing. He turned up exactly when I was told he would and did a fantastic job. I also like the direct debit service option I was offered so now I don’t have to worry about forgetting the services in the future. One happy new customer and pleased I made the decision I did.

I have used N Leonardi Ltd for the past 4 years to carry out an annual boiler service and to check my gas cooker/gas fire. My first point of call for any plumbing jobs that need doing. I either ring or email and receive an immediate response. Nick and Jenny are always pleasant to speak to. I know Nick works to a high standard. Arrives within the timelines given. I am unable to use a telephone, so rely on email. Based on the review on Which! trusted traders, I emailed this plumber on 19/5/25 and again on 23/5/25 with a detailed breakdown of all the work I need doing and asked if it was possible to give me a rough quote to see if I could afford to have the work done and explained that I know I would require a home visit to get an accurate quote. However, not wanting to give them a wasted visit I just wanted a rough idea of price first. They clearly have enough work and don't need any more as they couldn't be bothered to reply to either of my emails. Clearly becoming a Which? Trusted Trader doesn't require communication skills!

Work completed to a high standard in a clean and efficient manner and on time. Very satisfied and would be happy to contact again for any for any future plumbing work.

We had the pleasure of a visit from Nick and Josh to remove our gas fire and radiator. When you know a job needs doing, but at the same time you're dreading the upheaval and the mess, it's such a relief when it happens without any drama. They arrived on time, with a smile, expained what they were doing, completed the task and left the house as tidy as when they arrived. Great job, highly recommend.

I felt I received a fair quote from Nick and, along with him being very local to me, I felt comfortable accepting the quote. The work was fitted in within a good timeframe, with date options offered. On the day, Nick and Josh arrived promptly and worked swiftly and efficiently, offering up sensible solutions if at any point things weren’t straightforward. I felt like I was in safe hands, and I was very impressed with the work carried out. They were friendly and tidy throughout, and the end price which remained as originally quoted.
