I was given Nicks number by a friends plumber. And pleased I was given it. Nick was the third engineer I had round to quote for a boiler replacement and he left a good first impression on me on his initial visit. He explained in detail the job to be done and I knew it would be in good hands. The quote came back competitive which I was pleased about so I booked in. That in itself I found pleasant as I was dealing with Jenny either through emails or the landline so the communication was simple. The boiler has just been installed and I was right to be impressed. He works to a high standard and left us with the new boiler working on the first night which was a bonus as it was freezing. He turned up exactly when I was told he would and did a fantastic job. I also like the direct debit service option I was offered so now I don’t have to worry about forgetting the services in the future. One happy new customer and pleased I made the decision I did.

I have used N Leonardi Ltd for the past 4 years to carry out an annual boiler service and to check my gas cooker/gas fire. My first point of call for any plumbing jobs that need doing. I either ring or email and receive an immediate response. Nick and Jenny are always pleasant to speak to. I know Nick works to a high standard. Arrives within the timelines given. I am unable to use a telephone, so rely on email. Based on the review on Which! trusted traders, I emailed this plumber on 19/5/25 and again on 23/5/25 with a detailed breakdown of all the work I need doing and asked if it was possible to give me a rough quote to see if I could afford to have the work done and explained that I know I would require a home visit to get an accurate quote. However, not wanting to give them a wasted visit I just wanted a rough idea of price first. They clearly have enough work and don't need any more as they couldn't be bothered to reply to either of my emails. Clearly becoming a Which? Trusted Trader doesn't require communication skills!

Work completed to a high standard in a clean and efficient manner and on time. Very satisfied and would be happy to contact again for any for any future plumbing work.

We had the pleasure of a visit from Nick and Josh to remove our gas fire and radiator. When you know a job needs doing, but at the same time you're dreading the upheaval and the mess, it's such a relief when it happens without any drama. They arrived on time, with a smile, expained what they were doing, completed the task and left the house as tidy as when they arrived. Great job, highly recommend.

Very happy with the service I received from Nick and Jenny from start to finish. Communication was good, and even if they were busy they always made me feel like a valued customer. Decided to update shower room. Nick was reccomended by a relative who used his services regularly. Various issues arose during the work which were resolved thoughtfully and positively with little fuss. Over the 9 days the work took I don't thing I heard a single sharp intake of breath through clenched teeth once. Whicst undoubtedly not neccessarily the cheapest we felt that the final result was worth the cost to get the result we wanted with no fuss or drama. We would reccomend Nick and his team and will be using him ahagain to service our boiler when it is due.

Easy to deal with good price and tap replaced as requested. No fuss straightforward well pleased. Will definitely use again.

Quote for the work was very competitive, the job was completed ahead of schedule and they tackled unforeseen challenges with a can do attitude discussing uncovered issues and possible solutions. They cleaned up afterwards and removed all waste and debris. They were a pleasure working with and I’ll be using Nick and his team on future projects.

Can't recommend Nick's services enough. Replaced quite a tricky old and rusty tap in our kitchen with a brand new one in under half an hour. Very reasonably priced too!

This is the 2nd job that Nick and Josh have carried out at my property. First was a new outside tap and the second was a new kitchen filter tap, on both occasions they turned up on time, completed the jobs to a high standard and left everything clean and tidy. Two lovely cheerful lads who I would recommend to others.

The work was done very efficiently and Nick was very polite and helpful. the boiler replacement has resulted in a warmer house and constant warm water which we didn't have before.

The installation of the combo boiler in my house proved quite challenging due to the existing pipe work. However, Adam and Tommy from N Leonardi Limited found solutions for the issues that cropped up and did a really great professional job. They were punctual, tidy and hard working. Following installation, there was a dip in pressure on the boiler. Again, I reached out to the company and Adam again managed to solve the problem.

Nick repaired our boiler as we had no hot water or central heating. He assessed the problem the same day, ordered the part required on next day delivery and promptly repaired the boiler. He was reliable, professional and managed to fit in the emergency repair to the boiler around his existing workload.

Nick visited on time for our annual boiler service which was completed without any problems. He was polite and courteous throughout and is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was also happy to provide some advice about possible future work giving us food for thought while we consider options. Very much recommended.

I contacted N Leonardi Ltd as I’ve been looking for a local, reputable LPG certified heating engineer/plumber for some time. Not only for my annual boiler service but also for general plumbing and replacement of TRVs and installation of a drain valve. Jenny got back to me and after establishing exactly what was required the job was booked in quickly, in fact when a time slot became available a week earlier Jenny let me know and brought the appointment forward for me. Nick and Josh were punctual, and I found them to be friendly and polite. Nick explained what he was doing throughout the appointment and the work was completed well within the estimated timeframe given. They left everywhere clean, tidy, and double checked I was happy with everything before leaving. I found Nick to be extremely knowledgeable and he offered me sound and honest advice regarding my room stat which also needs replacing. Rather than insisting I needed to upgrade to a more expensive model with functions I wouldn’t use, he happily suggested something more suitable to my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending N Leonardi Ltd, not only for the reasons mentioned above but also, I have found their pricing structure to be very reasonable and I’m already in the process of booking them for my next job.

I had a boiler installed yesterday. The engineers, Adam and Josh were very professional and friendly. The work was neat and the mess minimal. After being let down by so many plumbers I contacted this company to quote me. They arrived when expected, no hard sell, just simply took measurements and promised me the quote which was surprisingly more than acceptable. The work began and in total took just over a week. Communication throughout and a brilliant service. Any glitches were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend N. Leonardi to anyone and have already passed on their details to friends and family.

1. Moved Combi boiler from airing cupboard in the upstairs bedroom to cloakroom downstairs 2. Fitted 600mm radiator in the bathroom. Above completed in one day. Highly satisfied with the way the job was completed. Compliments to Nick and his team for a first class installation.

Boiler broke down. Worcester Bosch recommended using an accredited Worcester installer from their website. Delighted with this company, professional service received from start to finish. Within two hours of my call to the company, the plumber arrived to look at the job. Everything completed to my entire satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this company.

Leaking radiator meant calling Nick for the second time in as many weeks. Same again, prompt quote, job done in a timely fashion and cleaned up after the work. Well done to Nick and the lads.
