The work was done very efficiently and Nick was very polite and helpful. the boiler replacement has resulted in a warmer house and constant warm water which we didn't have before.

The installation of the combo boiler in my house proved quite challenging due to the existing pipe work. However, Adam and Tommy from N Leonardi Limited found solutions for the issues that cropped up and did a really great professional job. They were punctual, tidy and hard working. Following installation, there was a dip in pressure on the boiler. Again, I reached out to the company and Adam again managed to solve the problem.

Nick repaired our boiler as we had no hot water or central heating. He assessed the problem the same day, ordered the part required on next day delivery and promptly repaired the boiler. He was reliable, professional and managed to fit in the emergency repair to the boiler around his existing workload.

Nick visited on time for our annual boiler service which was completed without any problems. He was polite and courteous throughout and is very trustworthy and knowledgeable. He was also happy to provide some advice about possible future work giving us food for thought while we consider options. Very much recommended.

I contacted N Leonardi Ltd as I’ve been looking for a local, reputable LPG certified heating engineer/plumber for some time. Not only for my annual boiler service but also for general plumbing and replacement of TRVs and installation of a drain valve. Jenny got back to me and after establishing exactly what was required the job was booked in quickly, in fact when a time slot became available a week earlier Jenny let me know and brought the appointment forward for me. Nick and Josh were punctual, and I found them to be friendly and polite. Nick explained what he was doing throughout the appointment and the work was completed well within the estimated timeframe given. They left everywhere clean, tidy, and double checked I was happy with everything before leaving. I found Nick to be extremely knowledgeable and he offered me sound and honest advice regarding my room stat which also needs replacing. Rather than insisting I needed to upgrade to a more expensive model with functions I wouldn’t use, he happily suggested something more suitable to my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending N Leonardi Ltd, not only for the reasons mentioned above but also, I have found their pricing structure to be very reasonable and I’m already in the process of booking them for my next job.

After being let down by so many plumbers I contacted this company to quote me. They arrived when expected, no hard sell, just simply took measurements and promised me the quote which was surprisingly more than acceptable. The work began and in total took just over a week. Communication throughout and a brilliant service. Any glitches were dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently and I would highly recommend N. Contrary to any previous experience of Plumbers, and much to our surprise and amusement these 2 turned up a day early, which suited us fine. The eagerness and efficiency with which they replaced our 2 radiators left us very happy, unlike any other experience with plumbers, as a profession in the last 50 years or so. They tuned the system to perfection and apart from an occasional expected temporary gurgle, the heating is behaving perfectly. They cleaned up and left with little sign they'd been there. The price I thought was good and I'd recommend them to friends and family.

First & foremost, this is the first plumber I have had in 40 years that turned up on time. Very polite & efficient. All work done as stated on the quote. Highly recommended. I will now be using them to service boiler from now on.

Following a search on Worcester Bosch website for a local fitter, N Leonardi were on their list and came highly recommended. Quotation visit arranged promptly and Nick arrived on time. Quotation very favourable compared to British Gas and similar and impressed with service from start to finish. Left the area clean and tidy and checked we were happy with the work before they left. Had replacement of a leaking stopcock plus fitting of new shower (2 separate visits). First contacted online and very impressive, rapid response. Engineer arrived at the agreed time and when I first met Adam I immediately had confidence in his professionalism and ability to complete the work. Both jobs done very quickly and great workmanship. I am so pleased that we found N.Leonardi Ltd. I had quotes from British Gas but not only did they seem expensive, it was more like a pitch from a salesman rather than knowledgeable advice and I did have my doubts. I then checked out the Worcester site to look at the boiler range being offered by BG. I saw what I thought may be better options and also found N Leonardi as a local approved Worcester installer with an excellent review record. We made an appointment and Nicks approach and advice immediately gave me confidence. Nick recommended a different system which felt much better suited to the property and our requirements. The quotation, installation and all communication was excellent with pleasant, polite and considerate guys. And all at a much better price. We are very happy and will return for other work in the future. 5 stars well deserved.

We had our boiler replaced, which is now up and running. The process was straightforward from the first contact to the installation. Nick turned up on the arranged dates and on time. He was honest about what was required and when he would be able to carry out the work. The replacement was carried out on the scheduled day. There was no fuss, Nick and Tom just got on with it. Nick went over everything with me after the boiler was installed while Tom cleaned everything up (he even vacuumed the path outside). My experience with the plumbers I have contacted over the years has not been good. Not because of poor quality of work, but by not getting back to me or not turning up on the day. I had no such trouble with Nick and he will be the first one I contact the next time I need a plumber.

Nick and his team have done a full heating system on my property, they are very efficent, clean, tidy, friendly and at a very reasonable cost I could not fault them in any aspect at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent job well done and thank you very much.

Nick and his apprentice were a real joy to have in the property. From initial consultation to completion we were extremely happy. We hired Nick to upgrade our central heating system. This was done thoroughly, to a great standard and to cost efficient price. Real eye for detail. Have already booked the team in for March to put new bathroom suite in.
