My car (20 year old very low mileage Fiesta) broke down with a highlighted warning message on red background on the instrument panel indicating an "engine failure and vehicle not to be driven!". I arranged for the car to be transported to Nailsea Motor Services. They checked the car, and diagnosed that the alternator had failed and battery needed replacing. The remedial work and a service was carried out the same day. Very impressed!

I want to thank Nailsea Motors staff for their integrity and professionalism in fixing a problem with my car that made it defunct. On inspection of the car they informed me it was not safe to continue driving as doing so would cause severe damage to the engine. As they had a full appointments schedule I had to leave the car with them for what might be a few days as a part was needed from BMW to fix the problem. Fortunately BMW had the part in stock. Somehow, despite their busy work load they completed the work the next day. I was delighted with their response and I have no reservations about recommending Nailsea Motors to anybody looking for a trustworthy and reliable family garage.

great customer service when we took car in on Saturday for diagnostic check, there & then (free of charge). Booked in for speedo sensor replacement 09/03/15. Sat and waited as it only took 30 minutes. Really pleased to have car back functioning properly again!
