NSS did a great job for us. They went through all the details and listened to everything we wanted. Both the workman were polite and worked with care and precision. The cables and cameras are all so well fitted that you cannot even see the cables. They provided a training session and helped with the setting up of the apps on our phones. A really truly outstanding service. Nothing was too much trouble from the start to the end and the entire team are very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending NSS.

Not only did NSS call to offer a cancellation, J arrived on time, explained the steps and completed the work in an organised manner. Was impressed with J's conduct and patience. NSS followed up the same day to ensure satisfaction. I don't expect any problems but know where to go should I need help. Used NSS before and they always deliver.

I have been using NSSG for my home alarms for over 15 years now and on this occasion they upgraded my entire alarm and CCTV system. The service we received from the engineer (Jay) this week was beyond fantastic, on being faced with a problematic fixed wall panel in the kitchen which required a CCTV screen to be fitted to it. Jay managed to gain access to an area behind the panel which seemed impossible to reach and with no damage or signs of entry in order to connect the screen. Another great example of thinking out of the box which is very much the NSSG hallmark. Over a period of two days Jay completed a full alarm & CCTV upgrade, adding various sender units behind wall-mounted TV's, extra CCTV cameras, door shocks and contacts including a roof beam and the list goes on. On viewing the finished work, it is like everything was always present - their work is always neat, clean and very tidy. From a technical point of view, I have never found anyone better when it comes to complete security installs (alarms / CCTV) and they can even design a system tailored to your specific needs. Their engineers are always polite, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. In regards to aftercare, the customer service team, the technical help desk team are truly some of the nicest most helpful genuine people you will ever encounter. I would highly recommend Vince and his team and from my experience of using them, there is simply no one better than NSSG!.
