I have been with this company for a few years. I know that I will definitely change alarm companies next year. This company started out as great value for money however I had a problem last year where they failed to detect that my alarm was not working correctly for 6 weeks which would have been a breach of my home insurance policy. To resolve this, I had to pay for an upgrade to the system to avoid the fault reoccurring - therefore the solution cost was passed on to the customer. You are only allowed one free maintenance visit a year after which you would have to pay for a call out. This is different to other companies I have been with who did not charge for more than one call out. Also this company tried to charge an extra 2.5% for payment via credit card today. When the January 2018 law change was pointed out, they suddenly no longer accepted credit card payments. I need to have trust in the company who provide security to my home and this has now been eroded.

All members of the team I met with were efficient, professional and courteous for alarm fitting. They were all knowledgeable and open to any trouble-shooting questions. Evidently with their own support team behind the scenes, it was good to know all queries covered. Good turnaround. Above all - Good teamwork from start to finish. All in all a good job, very well done.

Without any hesitation I would recommend this firm, I would add that I can be quite a difficult customer and changing my mind several times before the installation (and even during) but nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out professionally. We were kept fully up to date up to and during our installation, I needed to add another phone to my alarm system so called the support team and five minutes later it was all done. Truly fantastic. Vin & Co from NSS were instructed to fit CCTV and a security alarm system at my newly purchased home prior to me moving in. Honestly, best decision I had ever made. They set up all the cables whilst the house was being gutted and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Not only polite but highly professional and honest. Completely transparent and always there to help 24 hours if something goes wrong. This is the peace of mind I needed. The icing to the cake is that they are all just so friendly. Before selecting NSS for my burglar alarm, I did a lot of research and got quotes from 6 other companies too. I found the NSS quote competitive. All the companies I got quotes from installed Pyronix branded burglar alarm systems, and the equipment was more or less similar. But it was the customer service that set NSS apart. The main reason I selected NSS was because of the service and knowledge provided by the surveyor, Ash, who came to visit me and subsequently who I dealt with afterwards until installation. I'm very detailed and I have bombarded Ash with so many questions, via email, Whatsapp and calls, and he always gets back to me straight away, he is very helpful, knows his stuff technically and generally a nice guy. Ash is a real asset to the business and I would definitely recommend NSS. If you are able to request which surveyor you deal with, would recommend asking for him.

A great company with helpful staff and a pleasure to deal with. NSS provided my wife and I with great service and were very professional throughout the process. Nice and tidy installation by an experienced fitter and very prompt with their timings. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends in the future.

Dave and his team have continued to provide excellent CCTV services for our school since taking over from a very poor company a couple of years ago. Our intruder alarm provider has also declined in service provision in the last few years so we asked NSSG to upgrade and take over our intruder alarm services. They have recently done this and were quick, efficient and provided very good advice as always. As a school we work very hard to find good service providers to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

NSS really are the very best company we have ever come across for residential security systems. They are extremely accessible and responsive when we have any issues or questions. We had our original security system installed in 2006 - 17 years ago and they have serviced it ever since with prompt efficiency. Whenever minor faults have developed, they are very responsive at all hours and can access the system remotely to address or isolate any faults and arrange a date if an engineer needs to attend. We have dealt with Ash, Jay has visited many times, Randeep, Harry and Vin (who now deals with Corporate security) and also Gita in the NSS Admin office. This week, Jay and Harry came to completely upgrade our security and fire alarm system (also changing it from Analogue to WiFi for emergency connection alerts to Southern Monitoring) and check every single aspect of the installations around the house. As ever, they were prompt, efficient and as unobtrusive as their multiple tools allowed. They completed the job within their estimated time and took us through the changes to our entry/exit panel and explained everything very clearly. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. In 17 years with them, we are not aware of any staff changes; any time we have had to call out an engineer or have an annual service, we can be certain that it will be somebody familiar to both us and with the layout of our home. We trust them implicitly.

We've used NSS for many years and cannot fault them. At short notice, they were able to scope, quote and install a new wireless alarm system for us in a week's turnaround. Incredibly pleased with the new solution and the work carried out.

My old alarm system was becoming problematic. NSSG provided competitive quotes for the various options. During the installation (which was professional and fast) I changed my mind about the number of sensors I required and they managed to include it in the installation at a very reasonable price

We have just moved to a new house and inherited the existing alarm system which was supplied by NSS some years ago. Having transferred the maintenance arrangements we have now upgraded the system to a modern control unit and alarm panels. The price quoted was very reasonable and the work done over three sessions by a great team who communicated well and explained what would be dealt with on a subsequent visit. The upgraded system is now fully up and running and we are very happy with the work done.
