NBK Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens

Tony our designer, listened to our requirements for a kitchen which had easy storage and lightened a north facing room. NBK gutted the kitchen and utility room except for the flooring and installed new units and appliances. There were lots of choices to be made from the colour of units to the style of taps, handles, and electrical socket placement and the whole team were helpful and patient throughout. They even created a bespoke bookcase. Ryan managed the project superbly and kept us informed of a minor problem which arose while we were away on holiday for the installation. He also responded quickly to a couple of minor snags which we found on our return to our new kitchen. Project delivered on time and to budget. A great company to work with and thoroughly recommended.

The recent bathroom work was the second time I’ve used Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens, and I’m as pleased as the first time I used them. Good project management by the office, welcoming us and organising timings; excellent attention to detail by consultants and installers; swift action when a problem was discovered (at our end, not at theirs) and a bathroom/shower room that is a joy to use. NBK designed and fitted a cloakroom and an ensuite bathroom for us last year. This review is a little late! Our requirements were quite specific for health reasons, and the design team (James) were helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. Our ensuite bathroom required builders work as well as new sanitary ware and finishes. We had some clear ideas of our own but they brought it to life with good advice and the sourcing of specific items eg a non-slip shower tray. The choice of products and finishes is broad and to our taste, and they easily sourced alternative finishes where required. The installation team were also excellent. The fitter (Sean) was the most considerate contractor we have ever had in our house! We needed the circulation areas to be clear and safe for walking on a daily basis and NBK went out of their way to ensure this happened. Everything was explained as the job progressed. They listened and helped us work out solutions with good suggestions and were friendly and polite throughout. We trusted them completely. There have been a couple of snags which were dealt with promptly without any fuss. I cannot recommend NBK highly enough!

Having used NBK in the past we had no hesitation in using them again. The service before deciding to go ahead with the work was friendly and offered up helpful suggestions The work itself (new flooring, tiling and minor kitchen works) was excellent and went the extra mile several times and was way ahead of similar work we have had done by similar kitchen installation companies. Would definitely recommend.

Our 14 year old offset quadrant shower enclosure was looking a bit tired after daily use combined with hard water. I contacted NBK who fitted the original shower room and Stuart visited and was very helpful in choosing an alternative. The fitters were excellent and we now have a beautiful frameless shower enclosure and the shower looks like new. Excellent friendly and helpful company from start to finish.

We have just had our bathroom refitted by NBK and from start to finish I have found them brilliant to work with. I chose them over other bathroom installers in the area because they gave me confidence in the way that they created a digital design of the bathroom with me beforehand, as well as their friendly and professional manner. The installation was very fast and straightforward, with no mess left and friendly contractors.

From our first visit to the showroom to get ideas and then the initial design and choice of products, Megan, James and Stuart were incredibly helpful and shared their knowledge of what would work for us. They kept us informed about timescales and costs. The fitter Lee (and Ben) were superb. Everything ran like clockwork and there were no days when 'nothing happened'. I am sure this was due to lots of hard work behind the scenes from Ryan. We were kept informed throughout about what was happening and when. The fitters were brilliant at keeping things as clean and tidy as they could. We are so pleased with the finished bathroom. The quality of the product and attention to detail was great.

We are pleased to offer our glowing testimonial for the work by NBK on the complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom into a shower room. The work undertaken principally by Josh (our fitter) and the design and survey teams were exemplary. We used NBK for the installation of an accessible wet room. It was really important to us that we got this right and James and Megan didn't disappoint. They were absolutely brilliant in helping with the design of the wet room and choosing the correct fittings and products. The installation itself was project managed wonderfully by Ryan and our fitters (Lee and Sam) were excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending NBK. A first class job from start to finish.

Complete kitchen/dining room refurbishment. Customer is king with this company. Not wishing to project manage, we put our faith and budget into the hands of NBK. Best decision we could have made. The whole team from Tony (design) and Meghan to Ryan our Project Manager, Millie Installations Manager and the fantastic guys who installed our lovely kitchen and matching dining room units - all are professional, skilled and totally reliable. It takes a special sort of company to deliver this degree of customer satisfaction. Our property still requires further refurbishment - we will not be looking elsewhere.
