I would be happy to recommend NCC Southeast Ltd to anyone needing plumbing, boiler installation or solar thermal repairs. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and good value for money.

Neil and his team installed our Grant heat pump and hot water cylinder. We're very happy with the advice received, the communication and installation process, as well as the system itself.

NCC South East replaced our boiler and hot water storage tank. It was quite a large job as it involved moving from a vented to unvented system. They did an excellent job of both replacing the whole system and making good afterwards. Communication was excellent and they were great at talking through all the options with us and keeping us up to date with timing and progress. I would highly recommend them.

Firstly I have to say that Neil installed our boiler way back in 2016. Since then he did the regular service for us. We have never had any problems with it other than minor ones, which were fixed immediately in one phone call. On the death of my late husband, he has continued not only to do the service on the boiler but help with plumbing/heating and other issues, albeit with his cheeky manner. Recently my boiler packed up, and he kindly installed a new boiler immediately, no fuss, no bother ... straight away as a trusted trader should.. more importantly I regard him as a trusted friend that both my late husband and I relied on over the 17 years. I cannot emphasis how important it is, in today's world, to find someone you can trust to do a job well with reasonable cost and recommend him 150%!

We had the pleasure of getting our worcester bosch combi boiler fitted by NCC Southeast. Neil and team did an exceptional job. We asked others to quote for our given specification; many of their quotes were double and did not meet the specification. I would strongly recommend Neil for a quality and great value job.

Neil has done various jobs for us including installing a mega flow and servicing our boiler. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. His work is to a very high standard. A part wasn’t to his expected standard so he sent it back until he was satisfied that it was correct. He explains things clearly so you understand and is very honest. Very personable and would highly recommend and would use him again.

I had about 4/5 heating engineers come around to quote and I was surprised that there was such differing opinions. However what made Neil stand out was his excellent advice and explanations of options. I was very impressed as some of the other heating engineers were from respected sources however they really didn’t compare to Neil because he brought clarity, considered and insightful points that helped you make proper decisions. He is very personal, professional and straight forward which was also refreshing. If you are installing a boiler, certainly invite him to quote and have a chat before proceeding with anyone else. We submitted an online query about a new boiler on Sunday afternoon. Neil called us within hours and visited on Monday. Neil explained how the boiler didn't need replacing but instead found a fault near our Gas meter that British Gas missed. Neil organised that repair and fixed our boiler too whilst showing us the build up on residue in the boiler that the annual British Gas service hadn't cleaned. Delighted to have found Neil and we will be using him to give our boiler an annual service - and replace it when the time is right.

Neil is the first heating engineer who has properly sorted our heating system, which includes solar. Over ten years, different heating engineers had tried and failed, fixing one problem but causing others. It has been a big headache over the years. Following a recommendation from a neighbour, Neil has just fitted a much needed new boiler and updated 9the solar pumping station. He completed the work in his efficient, friendly style, keeping me informed and dealing with different issues as they arose. He also fitted a replacement shower - he understood exactly what we wanted and I could not be more pleased.

I contacted Neil and explained the problem of a 17 year old leaking boiler. He asked a number of questions and offered to call in at 8am the following day. He was prompt and able to detail the work required and provide a quote there and then. This was followed up in an email that evening as promised. His work when fitting the new boiler was excellent and he fixed a number of small issues that had been left by the previous builders. He took care to ensure that we had a full understanding of the new boiler complete with remote wireless controls. He left us with all the necessary paperwork and contacted me 48 hours later to check that everything was okay.

Searched for a solar panel specialist on Which for my elderly parents following extremely poor service from the original installers. Their solar panels were still under warranty, but the original company failed on numerous occasions to get the panels working & contacting them regarding the warranty became virtually impossible. After reading NCC South East reviews I passed their number on to my parent. Neal from NCC arrived at their home 2 hours after their initial call. He advised them to chase the company as they should complete the repair under the warranty. If he completed the work for them then he would have to charge them. My parents decided they wanted to go with NCC. Neal kept in contact with them, advised them of cost and asked if they were happy to go ahead with the work. He completed the job with out any fuss or drama. Both of my parents were really happy with his service and would highly recommend NCC. Many thanks from myself & Mum & Dad.

Neil has serviced and repaired our central heating and solar water systems over many years. He will always turn out quickly if you have a problem or make an appointment that he always keeps. His work is of an excellent standard and he always uses good quality components. Neil removes all of the waste and leaves the site neat and tidy. We would be happy to recommend NCC to friends, family or anyone looking for a competent heating engineer.

Neil was doing some installation work for a neighbour of mine 3 years ago and I asked him to recommend and quote for a new boiler. He took the time to talk me through options and provided a quote in line with my expectations, his knowledge and experience is very apparent. The installation was completed efficiently, on time and exactly as described and they are very tidy, professional workers. Subsequently Neil has returned to additionally install a water tank and to do the annual boiler service. A couple of times I’ve needed to contact Neil to fix a heating problem, he is reassuringly reliable, very responsive and without doubt knows his stuff. All of which is exactly, in my opinion, the qualities you would want and should be able to expect from any professional trader. Lastly I’m all for reading reviews and making judgements but rarely if ever write a review. Neil is exceptional and that is why I am recommending him.

Neil and his team did an excellent job of fitting a new boiler for me, moving an existing solar cylinder and pumping station, fitting a new solar iboost and correcting problems with my existing solar panels (both solar thermal and solar PV), checking that the solar thermal and solar PV systems were now working properly, including the Solar Edge monitoring. Due to complications with my system and the problems dealing with Solar Edge, the work took longer than expected but Neil was very good at keeping in touch and explaining problems as they occurred. They completed the work efficiently and were clean and tidy at all times. They were also extremely helpful in sorting out other unexpected problems with my systems as they arose and didn't complain when this delayed the work - I paid the original price they quoted for the job despite the fact it took longer than expected. When I had a leak a few weeks later with water pouring through a ceiling (which I thought may be connected to the new boiler installation) Neil was brilliant at responding extremely quickly at coming immediately to sort out the problem, even though it turned out to be nothing to do with the boiler installation and work he had done. He left me with all the completed paperwork and could not have been more helpful. I am delighted with my new boiler and now have a correctly functioning solar panel system which means that in the spring/summer months the gas boiler doesn't come on for very long at all.

Just had our trusty 30 year old boiler replaced & relocated with a Worcester Greenstar by Neil’s company & work colleague Chris, who was a fantastic guy who overcome a few problems during the installation, we felt completely at ease in choosing NCC from the outset with Chris’s detailed quotation which stood out from two previous quotations from other national installers. I would highly recommend Chris & NCC as their professional experience & their can do approach stood out a mile from the other company’s, Thank you Chris for a job well done!

Neil supplied and installed our new boiler as well as replacing all our old radiators. We found him highly dependable and trustworthy. He is friendly, patient and ever ready to help and replies to all queries promptly. He does not shy away from going the extra mile. We were very satisfied with the professional job done by Neil and his team We first encountered Neil by chance whilst he was working nearby. When we approached him about our broken down old boiler, he happily repaired it and was willing to come back on more than two occasions to get it working again. All this he did for no charge. As a result we entrusted him with replacing our daughter's boiler which he did extremely well. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone.

Not cheap, but certainly cheerful, NCC SE Ltd. carried out the above installation with commendable expertise and efficiency, causing minimal disruption to family life in the process. What is more, no detritus remained after their work was completed. We highly recommend NCC and would certainly engage them again.
