Neil was doing some installation work for a neighbour of mine 3 years ago and I asked him to recommend and quote for a new boiler. He took the time to talk me through options and provided a quote in line with my expectations, his knowledge and experience is very apparent. The installation was completed efficiently, on time and exactly as described and they are very tidy, professional workers. Subsequently Neil has returned to additionally install a water tank and to do the annual boiler service. A couple of times I’ve needed to contact Neil to fix a heating problem, he is reassuringly reliable, very responsive and without doubt knows his stuff. All of which is exactly, in my opinion, the qualities you would want and should be able to expect from any professional trader. Lastly I’m all for reading reviews and making judgements but rarely if ever write a review. Neil is exceptional and that is why I am recommending him.

Neil has done various jobs for us including installing a mega flow and servicing our boiler. He is extremely reliable and trustworthy. His work is to a very high standard. A part wasn’t to his expected standard so he sent it back until he was satisfied that it was correct. He explains things clearly so you understand and is very honest. Very personable and would highly recommend and would use him again.

Neil installed our central heating system way back in 2009 and since then does a yearly service beside other plumbing services. Always professional, courteous and reliable - immediately spotting the problem and resolving it at reasonable cost. Would recommend his company as we have done with family and friends. The added bonus is his cheeky jokes and does everything with a smile!

I found Neil and NCC to be an excellent choice for the installation of my new boiler and Magaflo system, carrying out all of the work as asked in a professional and efficient manner. Neil is clearly a man who is passionate about his work and prides himself on the quality of his workmanship. I would recommend Neil to anyone as he is a problem solver. He fixed my boiler after i had been having constant issues. More importantly he fixed my shower when 4 other companies couldn’t find the problem at all. I can’t thank him enough and he was on time, tidy and fixed both issues when others couldn’t.

Neil installed our first boiler over 12 years ago when our old boiler packed in, the house was freezing and I had a 6 month baby in the house. He has looked after us ever since. Searched for a solar panel specialist on Which for my elderly parents following extremely poor service from the original installers. Their solar panels were still under warranty, but the original company failed on numerous occasions to get the panels working & contacting them regarding the warranty became virtually impossible. After reading NCC South East reviews I passed their number on to my parent. Neal from NCC arrived at their home 2 hours after their initial call. He advised them to chase the company as they should complete the repair under the warranty. If he completed the work for them then he would have to charge them. My parents decided they wanted to go with NCC. Neal kept in contact with them, advised them of cost and asked if they were happy to go ahead with the work. Neil has serviced and repaired our central heating and solar water systems over many years. He will always turn out quickly if you have a problem or make an appointment that he always keeps. His work is of an excellent standard and he always uses good quality components. Neil removes all of the waste and leaves the site neat and tidy. We would be happy to recommend NCC to friends, family or anyone looking for a competent heating engineer.

Neil attended to fix a new valve on the hot water tank, repair the toilet and change a tap. He arrived on time and knew what he was doing. His price was more than we expected, but he did an excellent job

Neil was recommended to us through an electrician who came to look at our faulty water tank. It turned out that we needed a new water tank which Neil quoted for, supplied and fitted. I got a couple of other quotes for peace of mind. It turned out that Neil's quote was very competitive, he fitted the work in at short notice, turned up exactly when he said he would, did an excellent job and left everything very neat and tidy. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service he provided.

Neil has done work for us for about 8 years now ranging from burst pipes, new taps, new sink through to a new boiler and solar panels for heating water and generating electricity. We cannot recommend enough the high professionalism of this company and its people, who work really hard to deliver a 360 degrees service of excellence. We had our boiler replaced by them and a number of little additions (many of which were emergency calls for help) that our new home required. Neil is extremely efficient and experienced and would always pick up the phone intestantly or return a call in the next 5 minutes. We found NCC on the Worcester Bosch website and thank goodness we did. What we thought was a boiler problem wasn't and Neil had to replace pipe work and sort out the water tank. End result is our heating is better than its been in years. Neil was very efficient and we would happily recommend this firm.

Neil installed a Worcester boiler for us seven years ago which has been completely reliable. He installed all the necessary plumbing and has been back several times since to carry out additional plumbing work. He is very reliable and has a good team that he can call on. Recommended. Ruth B

Neil and his team fitted my new boiler in 2008. His was not the cheapest quote but I chose him as he was the most informative about the work to be done and the price seemed fair. The work was carried out as agreed and was completed on time and to the specification and the price on the written quote. The boiler has been totally reliable since it was fitted and Neil has serviced it regularly. Over the years he has also fitted new radiators and a space saving heater in the kitchen. He has also turned out for me in an emergency, when I was really panicking, and calmly sorted the problem. All his work has been carried out professionally and at a fair price. I would certainly recommend NCC

Neil Cornes and his team installed our Worcester Bosch boiler and mains pressure system in 2004, and we have had 12 years of trouble free heating and hot water ever since.......which is just as well as we are a family of 7 in a big old draughty Victorian house. He is very pleasant, always available, and knows his stuff to an impressive degree. We had building work done 6 years ago by a perfectly good and reputable builder, however their plumber made a mistake with the wet underfloor heating system. At our request, Neil came round and very calmly and politely put the other (very senior) plumber straight on the finer points of the plumbing, After a bit of arm waving and attitude from the other plumber he conceded that Neil was right and the errors were corrected. I only wish we had asked Neil to install the underfloor heating in the first place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCC to anyone, excellent tradesmen like Neil are, sadly, quite hard to find....my only concern is who is going to look after my heating system if he ever retires! Hopefully, he will keep working until he is 150.
