Neil installed a Worcester boiler for us seven years ago which has been completely reliable. He installed all the necessary plumbing and has been back several times since to carry out additional plumbing work. He is very reliable and has a good team that he can call on. Recommended. Ruth B

Neil Cornes and his team installed our Worcester Bosch boiler and mains pressure system in 2004, and we have had 12 years of trouble free heating and hot water ever since.......which is just as well as we are a family of 7 in a big old draughty Victorian house. He is very pleasant, always available, and knows his stuff to an impressive degree. We had building work done 6 years ago by a perfectly good and reputable builder, however their plumber made a mistake with the wet underfloor heating system. At our request, Neil came round and very calmly and politely put the other (very senior) plumber straight on the finer points of the plumbing, After a bit of arm waving and attitude from the other plumber he conceded that Neil was right and the errors were corrected. I only wish we had asked Neil to install the underfloor heating in the first place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCC to anyone, excellent tradesmen like Neil are, sadly, quite hard to find....my only concern is who is going to look after my heating system if he ever retires! Hopefully, he will keep working until he is 150.

Neil has done work for us for about 8 years now ranging from burst pipes, new taps, new sink through to a new boiler and solar panels for heating water and generating electricity. We cannot recommend enough the high professionalism of this company and its people, who work really hard to deliver a 360 degrees service of excellence. We had our boiler replaced by them and a number of little additions (many of which were emergency calls for help) that our new home required. Neil is extremely efficient and experienced and would always pick up the phone intestantly or return a call in the next 5 minutes. I would recommend Neil to anyone as he is a problem solver. He fixed my boiler after i had been having constant issues. I found Neil and NCC to be an excellent choice for the installation of my new boiler and Magaflo system, carrying out all of the work as asked in a professional and efficient manner. This was the first time I have employed Neil and I would rate him as an excellent choice. He attended very quickly to give me a quote on servicing my solar hot water system and also recommended a number of safety alterations following his examination of the system. When he carried out the work there was a problem with a defective blank on an unused port on the hot water tank which fractured on removal. This Neil was unable to rectify and I had to seek alternative help. However, on the work that Neil was able to proceed with and the main job of servicing the solar system I am very happy with. Neil is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient.

I contacted Neil & he came along the same day & quickly located the problem & fixed it. I have British Gas cover but they could only offer a date of March 9 so being left without a boiler & no heating for so long was not an option so Neil was a life saver & charged a minimal cost. So refreshing to find a trusted professional with old fashioned standards with so many cowboys around these days. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Neil installed a boiler for me 15 years ago and has serviced it regularly. It came to the end of its life last week. So Neil replaced it with a new gas boiler. We talked about other greener options but my house just wasn't suitable for an air pump without a lot of disruption. We booked a day that suited me and the work was done quickly and cleanly and at the price quoted. I'm really pleased with the new boiler and will continue to get Neil to service this one.

Neil put in our underfloor heating and air source heat pump. We are self builders, he was very patient waiting for us to get to the correct stage for him. He offered advice along the way. Would recommend Neil to anyone. Our build is toasty!!

We’d just moved in to our new property and discovered no running water even with all isolators open. Neil quickly identified a broken isolator and had it fixed the next day even though it required a non-standard part. He kept us updated and explained the issue so we could understand it, and parts and labour costs were very reasonable given the short notice. Great for peace of mind when we had so many other things going on!

Neil fitted my first boiler 20 years ago and I've recommended him to countless friends since. This week my boiler breathed it's last and Neil was my first call to replace it. We found NCC on the Worcester Bosch website and thank goodness we did. What we thought was a boiler problem wasn't and Neil had to replace pipe work and sort out the water tank. End result is our heating is better than its been in years. Neil was very efficient and we would happily recommend this firm.

Neil was recommended to us through an electrician who came to look at our faulty water tank. It turned out that we needed a new water tank which Neil quoted for, supplied and fitted. I got a couple of other quotes for peace of mind. It turned out that Neil's quote was very competitive, he fitted the work in at short notice, turned up exactly when he said he would, did an excellent job and left everything very neat and tidy. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service he provided.

Neil and his team fitted my new boiler in 2008. His was not the cheapest quote but I chose him as he was the most informative about the work to be done and the price seemed fair. The work was carried out as agreed and was completed on time and to the specification and the price on the written quote. The boiler has been totally reliable since it was fitted and Neil has serviced it regularly. Over the years he has also fitted new radiators and a space saving heater in the kitchen. He has also turned out for me in an emergency, when I was really panicking, and calmly sorted the problem. All his work has been carried out professionally and at a fair price. Neil responded to a disaster speedily and efficiently. He and his team quickly established the full extent of the problem and proceeded to resolve all the issues. The standard of workmanship was very high and great care was taken around the house. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Great Company.

Neil came to our rescue, when our solar heating system packed up. It transpires that the system had been installed wrongly by the original heating engineer (apparently not uncommon unfortunately), so Neil sorted it out for us. It was by no means a straight forward job, with lots of unexpected problems uncovered along the way. But Neil persevered and got to the bottom of the problem, without any delays or complaints. We were very impressed by his attitude and professionalism. We would wholeheartedly recommend him and will be using him in the future to service our solar system.

Following a leak on the ground floor of our kitchen and hallway, we appointed Neil to install underfloor heating once the old floor was lifted and before the new tiles went down. He explained everything in advance in terms we could understand and used first-rate, British products. He kept to his schedule although there was some delay because the tiler didn't stick to his own schedule; and the job was billed exactly as quoted. Neil is an honest, knowledgeable, plumber at the top of his game who has a wealth of expertise and is happy to impart his advice. After the job was complete I did call a couple of times for advice on related and unrelated issues and he responded quickly and informatively. Prior to commissioning the job, we were nervous about how to select the right person but from the outset we trusted him and felt assured in his capable hands. We have no reservations in recommending him.
