Andrew and his team have just completed a full replacement of our roof. After reviewing multiple roofing companies we chose Andrew for a couple of reasons:- 1 - very thorough estimate that included a ‘worse case scenario’ quote (tile analysis to determine asbestos or not/ease of removing foam) 2 - excellent first opinion of Andrew. His professionalism, knowledge, experience, persona and options of products/approach. 3 - ability for directly connecting with other clients to discuss their experiences. 4 - full payment only taken after work completed to full satisfaction. It was a complex job due to asbestos tiles and foam attached to them. Andrew and the team ensured the correct approach was taken to health and safety both for themselves and us. Every day they left our property clean and tidy. They were prompt daily and advised when they wouldn’t be coming due to the weather. On a daily basis we were given verbal, face to face, progress updates. Any questions were handled promptly and to my satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend Andrew and his team and will use them again if ever needed.
