Neil came and measured up for our door and sent the quote by email. Door arrived in stock one week early and Neil managed to fit us in earlier than arranged. Door looks fantastic. Really pleased with the workmanship and the way Neil and his team managed the installation. They were courteous and pleasant. The old door and frame was removed and they cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend.

Neil (and his team) fitted a Rock door for us. The price was very competitive. We left him to it and when we returned the job was done. The door looks great and I would highly recommend him. We are hoping he will fit us in for some more work soon.

Great service from Neil, competitive price, came round promptly to measure up. Explained how the door would be fitted and answered all our questions, nothing seemed too much trouble. The door arrived on time at the depot and was fitted within days of arrival. Neil was very flexible on dates and arrived on time as agreed with his team. Door was fitted in no time and they even cleaned up, and removed all packaging and old door. Explained the doors features and how to operate it's locking mechanism and how to care for the door and all the dos and don'ts. Care package left + 3 keys. Really impressed, will be recommending their services to anyone who needs windows or doors fitting.

We originally used Neil for a small modification to our front Rock Door in Jan 2020. Following this Neil provided a competitive quote for full replacement windows. The installation start date was delayed due to COVID/lockdown, however Neil kept us informed throughout. When the installation began we were impressed with Neil & his team's attention to detail & respect for our property. There were some issues with the suppliers which caused further delays but Neil was honest with us & this was appreciated. The end product is quality & the benefits are obvious in the house now that we are approaching the colder weather (no draughts & warmer temperatures). The snags were minimal & were cleared in one visit. Also minimal damage to decoration etc. We would highly recommend Neil's services for any minor or major projects.

After originally contacting Neil and his team for a quote on a new front door I ended up with all new fascia's and sofits to the front and rear house. We totally underestimated the way this improves the look of the house and the new door feels secure and high quality. We have received many compliments from neighbours and visiting family / friends. The team worked tirelessly and engaged an electrician to add lights as features. Look forward to having the back door updated as well soon.

We ordered our door earlier this year and it was due to be fitted just as lockdown happened. Neil kept in contact with us and we agreed to wait until restrictions were relaxed. He contacted us on Sunday and the door fitted Wednesday. As other reviews said his attention to detail is superb. There was no mess left and he didn't leave until we were satisfied, even little things like the alarm sensor on upside down was dealt with swiftly. Definitely would recommend, 5 stars.

Neil and his team replaced the Tudor boarding, roof line, and front door on our property to a very high standard. They were extremely professional and polite and continually cleaned as they went along. We are thrilled with the finished job and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Neil.

Neil & his colleague Phil did an excellent job replacing our doors and windows throughout. We had 11 windows, front & back doors + sliding patio doors replaced. Work was finished to an extremely high standard. They were professional, polite, turned up on time, cleared up after themselves as they went along. The sliding patio doors were delivered faulty but the supplier quickly replaced, and it didn't impact getting the work finished on time. Communication was great from first visit to quote right through to invoice. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and have asked Neil to quote to replace our conservatory next year. We wouldn't hesitate recommending him to others.

Neil Billington replaced all windows, doors, roofline and Tudor boards on our house, the standard and quality of work was excellent, customer focused and would highly recommend. Neil and his colleagues fitted a Rockdoor and a couple of windows at the back of my house. The installation turned out to be a problem because the house builder left nothing in the door opening to fasten the door too! It was a shock for both of us, and a shame on you Miller Homes! Neil invented the solution very quickly and only for the cost of materials built in the necessary frame to which he could attach my door. The rest is history, because I can now only enjoy the great work Neil and his colleagues did. I wish to emphasise the attention to detail and high quality of workmanship, that is so difficult to find these days. Also, all gentlemen were very polite and I did not even need to clean after the work was done, because they took care of it! Neil and his team are absolutely worth recommending, and what is also important, the cost was reasonable too! Summarising in a few words - a great value for money.

Arrived on time, to inspect what needed doing and then gave us a quote and told us when he would be able to carry out the work if he was successful. Neil and his team arrived on time to carry out the work and cleaned up as they went along. They were very polite and we were very happy with the work that they did for us. The price they quoted us was the price we paid on completion of the work. I would recommend this trader for this type of work.

Neil and his colleague fitted two Rockdoors, one of which was an outward opening stable door. The latter proved challenging and to Neil’s credit and perfectionist he fitted it twice before being satisfied. The results are stunning. We found both Neil and his colleague exceptionally polite and friendly, worked in a clean manner and removed all excess materials. We would have no hesitation to recommend Neil and will look to use his service and Rockdoor again in the future.

The work was carried out thoroughly to a high standard, with care and good attention to detail. Potential issues were quickly resolved, and the job was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Neil recently fitted a new Rockdoor front door for us. He has very high standards and wasn't happy with the first door or side panels that were sent, as their was a flaw in it. Lucikly he'd checked it all over before removing the front door :-). He organised a replacement for both and rescheduled a suitable fitting date with us. Whilst on the job he was friendly, polite and helpful and an excellent tradesman. I'd happily have him back to do more work for us, he's reliable, with high standards and a good price.

Neil and his colleague did a great job replacing the fascias, soffits and gutters on the front of our house. They worked through all weathers (including sleet and snow) and into the dark Winter hours to get the job done. The quality of the work and care and attention to detail was very high. They were polite, professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely have Neil back later in the year to do the rest of the house and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Neil fitted two Rock doors at my home in August 2016 and I was very pleased with them. My hallway which had been very cold in winter despite heavy curtains behind the door was no longer so that winter (we also did away with the letter box, fitting an outside post box). The following summer, I noticed that the resin close to the glass on my back door was coming away and allowing water into the door, the door was replaced under warranty. The following summer, the replacement door developed the same fault, it took some time to arrange, but the door was replaced yesterday, again under warranty, apparently there had been some problems with the resins used for this batch of doors. Neil is a lovely chap and a great workman. I am still made up with my doors. I cannot believe that he did not at any time ask for a review because the follow up service when problems occur is important.
