I found Neil easy to contact and within a day or so he came round to assess the job. It immediately became apparent that he knew exactly what I wanted. A date and a price was agreed on the spot. No deposit required. A month later Alex arrived exactly on time and within 90 minutes he was gone. Job done. No fuss and no mess.

Neil and Alex fitted a new loft ladder for us which required cutting and re-inforcing a new opening. From initial survey/quotation to completing the work they were friendly, reliable and thoroughly professional. There was a small fault with the hatch door which they noticed and rectified the next day without question. Initial visit, follow up visit to modify the scope and price, and installation all first class. Installation carried out by the same people who priced which is always a bonus. Works included timber loft ladder and additional loft insulation and boarding. Final price slightly less than quote.

The communication has been excellent . Neil arrived on time and immediately I felt we had chosen the right company and one that you could trust. The attention to detail was good and we welcomed his advise and suggestions. We had a partial loft boarding with a decent loft ladder and adjustment to the original loft hatch. On the day of the work Neil and Alex arrived on time and prepared the house for the work with plenty of carpet covering. They were friendly , efficient and polite and the work they carried out was done well. They were happy yo answer and go through any questions that arose. Once the work was finished they showed us around and information as to how to operate the hatch and ladder. It looks so much nicer in the loft now. A very professional job .

He and Neil came back and fitted it beautifully. A demonstration followed including paperwork on how best to best use the product safely. A Great job, reasonably priced.
