We recently had a rear extension completed by Nelhams and Sons Builders Limited at our home in Chertsey, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. David, Jack, Robert, John and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are a lovely family company who clearly take a lot of pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the build. The team were incredibly skilled, professional and hardworking throughout the project. Communication was always clear, they kept everything tidy and organised, and they made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high standards of workmanship with such a friendly and approachable attitude. Our new rear extension has completely transformed our home and the finish is excellent. We’ve already had so many compliments on it. Robert, Jack and David have done an exceptional job for me. A complicated placing of waste pipes from my new downstairs toilet to the garden chamber digging within the concrete kitchen floor and through several rooms. Although this is a messy job (noisy and very dusty), they have taken every precaution to limit the disruption and have kept me informed of progress and options. They are very good at setting expectations. They work meticulously yet very efficiently. They are a good father and sons team to have around, considerate, skilled and polite and very hard working. Get go the extra mile each and every time (dismantling a cooker so it could be taken out of the house). Result of their work is neat, and prices perfectly reasonable given the complexity of the job! I highly recommend the Nelhams!
