Nelhams and sons laid our back patio and it looks fantastic, from start to finish they were great at communicating and kept me updated on when the work would start and when the materials were going to be delivered. They were on time and did full days. They were polite, helpful and did a great job, they left the garden tidy and took everything away. Nothing was to much trouble.

We had our driveway renewed by the the Nelhams & Sons team having had work undertaken by them in the past. The project was carried out incredibly efficiently from start to finish With minimal disruption. The works were completed to a very high standard. Jack, Robert & Dave were a pleasure to have at our home and we wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future. In fact we are already in discussions for our next project.

I have had renovations and repair work to chimney stacks, front elevations for lime pointing and a new 20 sq m pathway . The renovations to the brickwork are exceptional and the pointing has brought the house back to look like it was built 300 years ago. Father and 2 son business supported by John who is a class tradesperson and excellent builder . Very polite, professional, on time and very competitive pricing . Will recommend these guys to anybody as I would not trust any normal builder on my grade 2 listed .

Nelhams & Sons are incredibly professional, friendly and reliable. Jack and Robert have undertaken several jobs for us, replacing a broken fence panel, fixing some loose roof parts on our conservatory and installing guttering on our shed and garage. Communication has been excellent throughout. They provided transparent and thorough quotations, ensuring that they had understood our requirements, and were proactive in suggesting improvements such as water butts to collect the rainwater. The quality of their work is outstanding. They went over and above, rehanging wonky shed doors and installing a lock at no extra cost. They are exceptionally tidy and have left our home greatly improved.

Robert, Jack and David have done an exceptional job for me. A complicated placing of waste pipes from my new downstairs toilet to the garden chamber digging within the concrete kitchen floor and through several rooms. Although this is a messy job (noisy and very dusty), they have taken every precaution to limit the disruption and have kept me informed of progress and options. They are very good at setting expectations. They work meticulously yet very efficiently. They are a good father and sons team to have around, considerate, skilled and polite and very hard working. Get go the extra mile each and every time (dismantling a cooker so it could be taken out of the house). Result of their work is neat, and prices perfectly reasonable given the complexity of the job! I highly recommend the Nelhams!
