Arron completed a full structural survey (RICS level 3) on a house we are looking to buy. He compiled a very detailed report and took the time to talk me through it and answer any questions. I've been able to refer back to his full set of photos from the survey which has also been helpful in negotiations with the vendor. Arron has been really helpful and responsive to any follow up questions I've had.

Arron at Netelect undertook a full building survey for me when I purchased a house with my partner in twenty nineteen. He produced a comprehensive report of the condition of the property and made himself available to me repeatedly afterwards so that I could discuss any aspects of his findings should I wish to do so. I have since recommended Netelect to my father-in-law as well as a friend, both of whom have gone on to employ their services. We could not have asked for a better person to entrust our L3 Building survey to. Arron was extremely flexible and offered quick and well priced results.
