Darren and his team did a first class job of fitting a Zappi charger to my Garage in under a week from placing the order. Very pleased!

After having three quotes for solar + battery, we found Darren was the one who listened to what we were expecting from our proposed system and gave us good advice on what would be suitable and what would not be. The quote was with us the following day, and everything was well laid out within it. After a few days we phoned Darren, and an installation date was set over the phone. Scaffolding was installed the day before installation (the scaffolding team was very respectful to our property and garden). On installation day, Charlie and Rhys arrived and got straight onto the job. The whole installation took three days, with 14 Solar Panels on two elevations of roof and a battery with inverter situated in our electrical cupboard. All wiring was installed very tidily, and the team left the place neat and tidy at the end of each day. Once the system was commissioned, Charlie took the time to explain what everything was and how it worked, plus he made sure that the apps was loaded onto our smartphones and that we knew how to read it. The whole process front start to finish was wonderful, as you hear so many horror stories on TV etc. But Darren and his team are 100% and highly recommended.

We contacted New Dawn Energy, because we were impressed with the reviews we saw. Must say, very impressed. On the Friday, scaffolding went up and ready. Monday, Two lovely men, Charlie And Rhys got on with the roof ready to put solar panels on. Tuesday, the inverter, battery , ev charger went in,very tidy job for young men, worked well. Wednesday Darren who is lovely came to do panels. JOB DONE! Highly recommended. Well Done Boys.

Really great service from New Dawn Energy. They came and saw the existing solar panel setup and electricity usage and advised on optimal battery setup required. All specifications provided and knowledgeable and neat fitting service on the day it was scheduled for. Always happy to communicate and advise. I found them really easy to work with and felt supported and in knowledgeable hands, even when asked some quite technical questions. Highly recommended and knowledgeable supplier.

I bought an new electric car from Hyundai Hereford. I needed a charging point, their recommended installer took 10 days to offer a survey. A neighbour had used New Dawn and recommended them. I rang Darren last Friday, three days later the work is complete! Because of their kindness in meeting our schedule we will be up and running with new car immediately. Excellent team, they do what they say they will do. I would strongly recommend New Dawn Energy for your project.

Contacted New Dawn Energy after doing a google search to find a Givenergy Charger supplier and Installer to fit an EV charger at our property. Darren responded quickly to my email and was out in just a few days to visit and measure up for the quote. We accepted the quote and the following week the two lads came, in freezing conditions to install everything (We kept a constant supply of tea and cake going). Despite a few hiccups they insured the unit was operating before they left, with no mess to clear up. We later changed our broadband and this menat the charger and to be dereistered and registered again which they were happy to come out and sort for us.

I recently had my GivEnergy hybrid solar inverter swapped for the latest GivEnergy Gen 3 inverter as these are far more efficient in both charging and discharging. Everything was done brilliantly,Darren was very professional.We had a slight firmware issue and Darren returned in his own time to update the firmware on both of the batteries,sorted,very helpful. I would recommend New Dawn Energy to anybody requiring any electrical work or upgrading or new installs,he is GivEnergy approved meaning he is able to commission all GivEnergy systems ,batteries,inverters,solar,car chargers. A fast install date from deciding to have the upgrade,so not long in waiting. Also very competitive on price. New Dawn Energy are now my first choice for any electrical work.

Had solar panels, inverter and battery fitted to my house. Everything went without a hitch, on time and to plan. The work was extremely tidy and well presented. System worked first time and was running superbly. Panels gaps to the edge of the roof even measured to ensure they were totally central (and looked amazing). From Quote to completion was a top class job. Couldn't be happier!
