It has been a few months since the installation. I’m pleased to say the experience has been excellent from start to finish. Daniel and the team were fantastic throughout the entire process, professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every step clearly, kept us informed, and delivered exactly what was promised. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daniel and his team to anyone looking for solar panels for their home.

We had 11 panels fitted on 4 roof faces (so quite complex and initially it was only believed 9 panels would be achievable but the installers managed to fit 11 in appropriate positions). We also had a battery and and an EV charger fitted. The price was not the cheapest but was not far away, and the detail provided re the equipment specs and how the work would be completed was far and away the most useful. The installation of both the scaffolding and the equipment was timely, efficient and very professional. To date the equipment is working very well and delivering all expectations. Daniel at NDS was supportive throughout the whole process especially during the granting of an export MPAN from the DNO. From my first contact through to the site visit and subsequent installation I found this company to be professional and customer focused . The installation was carried out with little fuss and I am very pleased with the cosmetic aspect of the wiring and panels. Dan kept me informed throughout the process. It's been over 9 months since the installation and everything is working fine.

We sought 3 quotations for solar panels. New dawn were the only company where someone was willing to visit our hosue and discuss the installation. The work was carried out with a short lead time and the installers were tidy, courteous and knowledgable. New Dawn remained contactable and helpful after installation, particularly where we experienced a problem with the hardware/app from Foxess who are remote and difficult to contact from an end user point of view. Would definately recommend New Dawn. The system is excellent.

Everything explained and professionally, neat and tidy installation with decent solar panels, inverter and battery. On time and stayed until dark, price was good and similar to others with inferior products. System working well supplying free electricity most days and exporting earning money. Very happy.

New Dawn were brilliant in my opinion. I was sceptical to begin with about the solar stuff but after nearly a year I will say it’s been a very worthwhile venture, my wife even likes them. New dawn solar installed a good sized system on my land, I just wish I have gone for more battery storage (not new dawns fault, mine for being tight). Actually I wish I’d gone for a larger system entirely. During the winter months I can buy cheaper night time electric and use it during the day, keeping cost down. And since march we have been able to bank excess electric we sell back to the grid which in turn is going to make a massive difference to winter fuel costs. This is due to the octopus energy flux tariff. As you can probably tell I would recommend new dawn solar.

From the first contact to the project completion, every aspect from start to finish was seamless. The quality of the products installed is absolutely fabulous, as were the trades who undertook the installation, from the scaffolding team to the panel installers. I used this company for a few reasons. They have good reviews, the price was Competitive, and they came to see me and fully inspected the site. The work was carried out with care and professionalism. I had a software issue, which was resolved very quickly, and I have had no other problems for the last 8 months. I am pleased with the installation and subsequent ongoing solar generation.
