I used this company to repair a double glazed balcony door which had dropped and was letting the draught in. Although relatively new the door had no adjustment mechanism so there was nothing I could do by myself. They were able to remove the glass, adjust the frame, and re-pack the glass so it sat better, all in all achieving a better seal. Beforehand they explained what they were going to do and were honest enough to say the repair may not last long term. Altogether nice people and I will use them again if I have occasion to.

We needed a new bathroom window, and I found Paresh helpful and easy to deal with. I emailed him a picture of the frosted glass to make sure he could match the pattern of the glass as we have 2 windows in the bathroom. He was able to measure and quote the next day, and fitted the window 3 days later. I didn’t compare quotes as I didn’t want to delay the process, and I was happy with the price quoted. I may or may not have been able to get a better price elsewhere, but on one small window I was happy not to quibble.
