NG Bathrooms Ltd t/a NG Bespoke

I was looking for someone to refurbish my bathroom. I was attracted to NG Bespoke because they manage the whole process, from the initial design to the final installation. I am so glad that I decided to go with them. The ideas that they came up with were just what I wanted. They helped guide me through the whole process. My bathroom is relatively small so it was invaluable to have someone who could tell me what would work and what wouldn’t. The items that were ordered were very good quality. The work was planned for a time that suited me best. The team arrived on time and worked incredibly hard to transform my bathroom. They were very considerate and consulted me along the way to ensure everything was completed as expected. I could not be happier with my bathroom. Thank you NG Bespoke.

Steve and Ben at NG Bespoke did the most perfect job fitting our more traditional style kitchen. They were very courteous. Chris was also very responsive when booking the kitchen fit-in and nothing was too much trouble.

I was considering converting a small ensuite in a small bedroom to a walk in wardrobe to the Master Bedroom. Nick assured me that the whole project would be managed by them & that I would not have to deal with the various trades required. From the initial visit, design & quote it was clear that they have a can do attitude. There was clear communication throughout the process re timescales etc. Once work commenced the team were extremely efficient & always very respectful of my property. I am very happy with the result & am planning on engaging them for future projects. I would highly recommend NG Bespoke.

Nick and his team were excellent. We had them replace a leaking en-suite, and it was such a great experience that we got them back to install two further bathrooms. Couldn't fault the service or quality.

We called Nick as our dishwasher and cooker needed replacing, and according to the manufacturer, whose goods we wanted, Nick was our local supplier. He responded instantly, made a few suggestions for things we had not considered, and then promptly obtained and installed the cooker and dishwasher. As we were refurbishing our lounge and wanted a new fireplace to replace our brick one, we asked Nick if he had a tiler we could use. He explained the problem we would have laying tiles on brick but suggested he could have a bespoke ceramic one built for us. This was something we had not considered, but decided to go ahead. Nick took care of all the arrangements with the supplier and also ensured that the colour matched with our lounge. We are absolutely delighted with the outcome, and many of our friends have commented on how well it looks. We have no hesitation in recommending Nick, and certainly we will use him in the future

I would highly recommend NG bespoke Kitchen and Bathrooms. Nick & his team worked well to help me achieve my new kitchen, shower room, utility, internal doors, downstairs flooring throughout & a few extra jobs. Nothing was too much trouble his team worked tirelessly leading up to me being able to move in before Christmas. Nick advised me on materials & costs as the work progressed. He is a local company & I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Team NG.

Nick and his team renovated 2 bathrooms for us last year. Nick was incredibly helpful with the design process and his expertise helped us to create 2 beautiful bathrooms, in-keeping with our victorian property. His team were professional and efficient and a pleasure to have in our home. They were able to solve a tricky plumbing issue and finished the job on time and within budget. We would definitely recommend NG Bathrooms.

I had 4 consultations and quotes from different companies to renew our dated, leaking bathroom. NG Bespoke was a definite winner, a class above the rest. I really liked that Nick was able to answer our technical questions without any sales flannel. His CAD drawings were far superior than competitors and he helped with choosing premium quality products. I wanted someone who would undertake every aspect of renewing our bathroom, from fitting the new bathroom products, tiling, lighting, electrics, door furniture, ceiling paint, window blind and accessories. Nick and his team completed the lot at a competitive price. The team are highly skilled, professional and reliable. The finished bathroom looks and feels luxurious. I would not hesitate to recommend NG Bespoke and I would use them again for any future projects.

From start to finish Nick and his team have been outstanding- professional and at all times. The design of my ensuite and cloakroom were perfect and the quality of the products used excellent and all very competitively priced. Even when an existing floor was slightly damaged it was sorted out promptly and without any hesitation. Brilliant local family business, so good that they’re doing a bathroom for me this year.

NG Bespoke initially refitted our kitchen. They were so good that we asked them to carry out further work to the cloakroom and ensuite. The team is well organised and expert in their respective trades. They are polite, efficient and flexible. They stand out from other companies because they undertake the whole project from start to finish. Nick is realistic about budget and excellent at ongoing communication throughout the project.

Nick and the team did a fantastic job of replacing our old bathroom. In my experience, they are a highly organised and professional team who are very customer focussed. Nick made the design and visualisation process very easy using some excellent design software. From installation start to finish, they had at least one member of the team working on the project every day, hence the work was completed very quickly (approx. 2 1/2 weeks total). We had to change some of the tile colours after the tiles had been delivered and Nick dealt with this issue very quickly and at no extra cost. Our bathroom now looks and feels amazing. Thanks NG Bespoke Team, great job!
