Nick Bailey Tree Services undertook this job efficiently and respectfully with great organisation and good value for money. The task took three hours and involved the pruning of a big Holly tree and my neighbours' two big firs as well as an apple tree, some smaller trees and an out of control Ivy! Proper tree surgery tools were used with safety harnesses being utilised when necessary. Nick Bailey Tree Services is a very impressive business, from their initial consultation and costing by Phil, through to the tree surgery undertaken by Nick & his team. Their customer communication is excellent and having used them twice before, would not hesitate to do so again

We had a large tree pruned, a smaller tree cut down and a beech hedge tidied. The work was done very efficiently and the garden was left tidy. The men carrying out the work were very pleasant. We would definitely recommend Nick Bailey.

From the initial quote to carrying out the work they were friendly, helpful and responsive. They turned up on time on the day, checked everything I wanted and got on with it quickly. And then tidied everything up too so no mess for me or my neighbours to deal with. It was a big job pruning six trees, including three large ones, and all done by the team of seven in around 1.5 hours. This is the second time I’ve used them in the last five years and I’ll go back when it needs doing again. Really pleased.

Nick and his team cut down a 5 stemmed conifer about 8 metres high situated in my friend's small garden with limited space to move. Nick had visited and quoted for the job 2-3 weeks earlier. They arrived on site and got ready for action, moving some planters and garden furniture to a safe place. They worked well as a team, and were safety conscious, using the necessary protective gear. The job took less than 3 hours, cutting the tree back leaving 5 stumps 2 metres high as my friend wanted. They then cleared up all the twigs and sawdust, leaving the garden and the road outside clean. Finally, they put the planters and furniture back in place. I have no hesitation recommending this efficient and friendly company.

We are impressed! We were dreading pollarding our huge lime tree again. But with the brilliant consideration of the company we now have a great shaped tree with its lower archtechtural drooping branches retained & its leaves rather than barren for years! Everyone were extremely knowledgeable, approachable, friendly & very helpful and an interesting team. Team of 6 turned up at arranged time to fell giant willow tree in my front garden, after obtaining planning permission to do so on my behalf. Their technique is fascinating to watch- skillful, efficient & careful. Cleared up afterwords. Totally professional.

We use Nick and his team on a regular basis to keep the trees and shrubs in our garden at a manageable height. They quote when they say they will, come on time do an excellent job and clear up afterwards. This year the pear tree and maple have had haircuts and look splendid.

Nick and half a dozen others did an excellent job pruning 4 of our trees, taking down the height on 2 large poplars and thinning out an Ash and Mulberry. They were very courteous to neighbours, worked quickly and tidied up thoroughly afterwards. Most importantly, the trees now look great, they clearly know what they are doing. True professionals.

We've had two jobs completed by Nick Bailey Tree Services Ltd now and I highly recommend them. From initial phone call and quote, to booking in and completing the work they were friendly and professional throughout. Today's job was to fell an old Ash tree at the end of our garden in the middle of a large laurel hedge with very limited access. The team of four made it look easy and they cleaned up thoroughly so you wouldn't know they'd been there (except for the missing tree). I'd definitely use them again for future tree and hedge related work.

We can’t recommend Nick Bailey Tree Services Ltd highly enough. They have done 4 jobs for us in the past few years and we wouldn’t consider using anybody else. Phil came out to look at the job and gave us a quote and the job was completed shortly after, completely stress-free for us. This time the job was as usual excellent. They removed six conifers and ground the stumps and also ground a very large oak tree stump. The day the conifers were felled we wouldn’t have known that they had been there as there wasn’t even a leaf left. The place was left spotless. The stumps were all ground thoroughly the next day, ready for the fencing we are having put up. With all jobs, their work ethic has always been excellent. They are true professionals at what they do. They simply get on with the job in hand and leave the place spotless after completion. It is an absolute pleasure to receive such a good and professional service each time.

Very impressed with service from quotation to completion. Work consisted of removal of three trees, removal of overgrown shrubs, trimming of conifer, priding and reshaping pear tree. Very pleased with the quote, not as much as I thought it would be. Very professional team arrived and formed a production line from lopping, clearing the area and chipping. In no time the work was completed and carted from site. Very pleased.

Nick's team arrived promptly, worked incredibly efficiently and did a superb, professional job. 2 trees needed pruning as well as a vast amount of overgrown ivy removing. They completed the job in an amazingly quick time and cleared everything immaculately. They left no waste whatsoever and the garden was immaculate after they finished. Turned up on time- got straight to work. Showed real expertise - they really know what they are doing. Helpful - cut everything into logs for my wood burner and stacked it for me. Left everything tidy. Tom was a really friendly fella to deal with. Did a fantastic job. Really pleased.

Had a decaying silver birch that needed taking down. Rang Tuesday, inspected tree Wednesday, took it down the following Wednesday. Very easy and pleasant people to deal with and very professional. Parts of the tree were overhanging our neighbours but not a single twig landed in their garden. They managed to take it down with barely a trodden on plant and cleared up so well, not a twig to be seen. You would only know the tree had been there because of the stump. They really respected our property. Thank you.

We had a great experience using Nick and his team. They visited us to agree scope and price shortly after our initial contact. We live in a conservation area with protected trees and they took care of all the council related process to facilitate the work. On the day the staff were really professional, friendly and very approachable. When the work was complete we walked round the site to agree on everything that had been done. Pricing was reasonable- we had five guys on site and two shredder machines, and Nick came to inspect the work at the end of the job. We have used other tree surgeons in the past, and there are plenty of people out there who are not reliable! Nick and his team were absolutely first class, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Nick Bailey Tree Surgeons produced great results on our large ornamental cherry tree and smaller Japanese acer. They turned up promptly to inspect and quote, and on time to do the work. They were efficient and cleared up very well. Recommended!
