Kris arrived on time to service our boiler. First and lasting impressions were, He was friendly, got on with the job and explained everything as he was carrying out the service. He immediately found badly worn parts that should have been noticed and corrected by other previous services companies. Kris showed me the worn parts, Inspected the boiler, cleaned it thoroughly and then ordered the parts right then. Put the boiler back together, cleaned up and left it in working condition as it was a cold day and went to collect the new parts. Returned within two hours to fit the new gaskets and burner kit. Started up the boiler and carried out all checks and tests. Excellent service! We also had a new en suite toilet cistern and taps installed last year by Nigel Stoves Plumbing and Heating Ltd which was also an excellent job. Highly recommended.

We had a new gas boiler installed last year and from the quoting by Nigel to the fitting by Matthew and John they did a great job from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and nothing was too much trouble. They were neat and professional and made sure that the job was completed on time and was left neat and tidy. I contacted Nigel Stoves Heating and plumbing when our boiler hot water was going hot and cold. Kris gave us an estimate for fix and service and came out the next day. He has a professional friendly manner and the work was thorough and carried out to a very high standard and completed within a couple of hours. Our 10 year old boiler is now like new. The bill was exactly as quoted. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using again.

Matthew, John and Kristopher had been to our home before when our old boiler was limping to its end. The time came when we needed a whole new system to be installed, which was a little more complex than the average home. There were no hidden costs, the quality of their work seems very high end, they were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They were here for 3 days and always left the area they were in working tidy. They even painted the wall where the old boiler was removed from, which is above and beyond expected. They disposed of everything. There was not a scrap of dirt or old equipment left. They were punctual, arriving when they said they would, they said it would take 3 days, and it did. They explained everything and even programmed the thermostats for us. I am going to use them to service the boiler and system each year. I would highly recommend them.

Nigel's team did a great job of installing a new boiler for my elderly Mother, came out same day as the breakdown and fitted it the next day. They removed the old boiler and fitted the new one in one day and did a brilliant job of cleaning up. After boiler failure and the pending retirement of my usual plumber I needed to find a registered vitodens plumbing company . Nigel Stoves were recommended to me by the manufacture . I subsequently contacted them and they responded very quickly via a arranged home visit .This confirmed that at the age of 15 years the boiler was in need of replacement .I was provided with a clear explanation of what needed to be replaced along with a quotation with a breakdown of the costs which I considered to be very competitive which I accepted The work was arranged within a few days and carried out on the agreed date by Mathew and John of the company .I found them to be very pleasant , highly proficient, and extremely tidy in carrying out the work .As both my wife and I are now elderly we were pleased to find this family both reassuring and professional to deal with,. I don't usually leave reviews, however, I was so impressed with the service i just had to. The home visit was professional, reasonably priced and well explained both verbally and written. The installation was faultless and done by Matthew and John. I liked the fact they are a family business and their pride in the job and attention to detail was excellent. My twelve year guarantee registration and gas safe certificate was with me the same day as completion.
