Nightingale were streets ahead of other firms when it came to providing a quote in the first place... timely and efficient and their showroom allowed us to fine tune our ideas. Very friendly and efficient staff. They commenced work when they said they would (although stalled by the lockdown) and Paul the fitter was highly professional and capable and did a great job installing a walk-in shower in place of our bath. Job finished on time and with minimum fuss with excellent work hygiene and clean-up at finish. I cannot fault them.

We were given very good initial advice. The whole installation was very smooth and efficient and our fitter could not have been more considerate. We are very impressed by the finished shower.

This was a very professionally handled job from initial contact through to completion. The survey was done in detail and well explained, and despite me delaying the job and having to get a requote this was handled equally well. The actual fitting was handled in efficient and proficient manner and the fitter was both polite and patient with any queries I pestered him with. All in all a very wel conducted job from beginning to end. I would have no difficulty in recommending this company to anyone.

From the moment we contacted Nightingale, the process has been so easy. From the surveyor's visit to the building of the shower, on which Tom worked so quietly, carefully and cleaned everything up every day, so much so that we hardly noticed any disruption. We have ended up with a superb, craftsman built walk in shower which looks amazing, and along with the new, taller soft-close toilet and wash basin with a lovely neat vanity unit below, the bathroom is now a place to enjoy. Tom couldn't have been nicer, and it was a pleasure having him in our home. He comes highly recommended (see other reviews) and if Tom is to be your installer, believe me, you are in safe hands! We used Nightingales for the conversion of 1 bathroom into a wet room, 2 shower room ensuites, a family bathroom / shower room, a new kitchen and a downstairs loo and all we can say is well done, what a fantastic finish and on budget too. Tony and Steve were true craftsmen and left the place spotless every night. They even finished off the tiling that was missed by the swimming pool company. AMAZING

I used Nightingale Bathrooms to refurbish our two upstairs bathrooms and downstairs toilet. Mark came out to do the survey and showed us many options to convert the bathrooms to the requested wet rooms with showers (but no baths), underfloor heating, LED ceiling lighting and wall panels rather than tiled walls. On Mark’s recommendation we made a few trips to a local showroom in Gillingham to view the options open to us and got lots of helpful advice there. On receiving the quotation for the job we gave the go ahead and the fitter, Tony arrived at the appointed time to start the work. He was a very clean and tidy worker and turned out to be a really skilled craftsman whose work was absolutely faultless. He treated the job as if he was working in his own home, and seeing what he did over the 5 weeks he was here I was able to see the quality and precision of the work he did. The finished job in both bathrooms and the downstairs toilet is absolutely stunning, looking like what you see in the most luxurious 5 star hotels.
