Carter was professional, helpful and honest. He turned up when he said he would, discussed availability at the time of visit promptly sent a quote, checking in again a couple of days before work began. Carter was honest about checking some factors with a damp specialist, Carter is very knowledgeable but this really built trust by being transparent about investigation the problem to ensure the approach would be the right fix, as we had a reoccurring problem that other trades had been unable to fix. His transparency was refreshing. On the job, Carter and his staff were polite and tidy, using dust sheets and switching to quieter tasks to keep things progressing but enable me to take a couple of conference calls without building noise, which was much appreciated, no fuss just switched tasks. I have already penciled in Nightingale Builds for another job next year. Highly recommend.

Over 2 years Nightingale Builds Limited work with us on a complex refurbishment of a large (800 sqm) 1860's building. This consisted of fitting windows, plaster boarding, skimming, floor boarding the loft + ladder, decorating, fitting ceilings, installing insulation, bricklaying, damp proofing, plumbing sinks, toilets and radiators plus many other tasks.

Nightingale Builds completed a full loft conversion (including a hip to gable conversion and a dormer), a ground floor reconfiguration and a number of other smaller jobs. They were great to work with and considerate of us living in the house at the same time, even our neighbours liked them. The works were completed on schedule and we were very happy with the standard of their work. We have already recommended them to friends.
