My elderly boiler was in poor shape. Michael looked at it, and showed the damage. I agreed that it should be replaced. I was given two quotes, and chose one. He arrived at the specified time, and the job was done in a friendly and efficient manner, to the agreed budget. I chose him partly because he was very local.

This was an efficient and thorough overhaul of a very old heating system. Michael assessed my requirements and offered me three quotes. I chose the most expensive quote, and I'm glad I did; it was worth every penny. This was an excellent job. Michael and his colleague turned up bang on time, worked hard and were businesslike, tidy and polite throughout. He also took me through the new system and how it worked. Highly recommended.

I needed to have my boiler serviced as I am moving house. The Plumber I usually use is on holiday so I had to find a trusted plumber. I was a Which member for years, I know I can trust Which so I looked up Which Trusted Traders. Due to his exemplary feedback and also being a local lad I contacted Michael at NoNonsense Plumbers Ltd. Michael responds to emails within the hour. He gave me a competitive quote and a few appointment opportunities. I booked the earliest appointment available and Michael arrived at the agreed time. He is friendly, respectful, professional and not afraid of Dogs. He serviced my boiler and left my property exactly how he found it. He emailed me my boiler inspection report and invoice within an hour of finishing the work. I can highly recommend Michael for all of your boiler and plumbing issues and I would definitely use him again.

Three radiators needed changing, in addition to this there was some other plumbing work including changing a kitchen tap. All work completed on time and for the agreed price. Michael’s communications were also pretty good. Impossible not to recommend!

I had an issue with my water flow rate. Michael quickly determined the issue was due to the pressure-reducing valve having debris and residue and needed replacing. He added a temporary fix by removing this pressure-reducing valve, communicated clearly about what parts were required and then came back and replaced this. The water pressure is now back to normal. Overall, it’s thoroughly professional and excellent work. I would highly recommend him to anyone and use his services again if needed.

The plumber I used was incredibly hardworking and efficient. They didn't waste any time and went the extra mile to get the job done. Their dedication and professionalism were evident from the moment they arrived. Their friendly demeanor made communication easy, and they explained everything they were doing. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and expertise.

My old boiler broke down and was beyond repair. No Nonsense plumbing was able to supply and fit a new boiler within three days they were polite clean and tidy and very efficient, unbelievable service from a great team. Thanks guys!

I contacted several trusted traders in my area that were listed as 24 hour operations early on Saturday evening with an urgent but relatively simple outside plumbing job for the next day (a broken elbow in the wast pipe from the kitchen. of the flat upstairs). No Nonsense were the only company to reply, and a quote a time for today were quickly agreed via text. He notified me when he was 45 mins away and arrived on time. The pipe was quickly renewed to a better standard than the original, and Michael was friendly and professional. He picked a good name for his business!

Michael came to check my water valve and disconnect my old washing machine. He then installed my new one and it is working great! Michael wore shoe covers on my floors and helped dispose of the packaging (I arranged someone else to dispose of the washing machine). He is polite, friendly and dealt with the washing machine and valve with ease.
