Michael came to check my water valve and disconnect my old washing machine. He then installed my new one and it is working great! Michael wore shoe covers on my floors and helped dispose of the packaging (I arranged someone else to dispose of the washing machine). He is polite, friendly and dealt with the washing machine and valve with ease.

I rang Michael late at night having discovered a leaking toilet. We had a family coming to stay the next day so this was urgent. There was water gushing on the drive so called this company and explained the situation. Josh came within the hour and got to work on tracing and sorting out the problem, as this was a 2 man job because rods were needed Michael came to help get the job completed very successfully. Left the site clean and tidy and the manhole was put back as it was, also they cleared the leaves from the drains. I have no hesitation in recommending these 2 very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and efficient young men. I would use them again.

No nonsense, arrived on time, covered outdoor footwear, on entering my property. Boiler was serviced within minutes of arrival, I explained about an issues with noise coming from my radiators, no nonsense checked and bled all my radiators and mentioned what it could be. He said to call him back if I hear anything again. No nonsense was polite, kind and knowledgeable about my boiler system. Would recommend No nonsense for your heating needs.

1. Radiators fitted. I had normal white radiators, cast iron radiator and a vertical radiator fitted with associated pipework for change of placement. 2. Leak from bath identified and corrected. 3. External tap connected. 4. Broken toilet fixed. 5. Boiler connected to Nest. 6. Boiler failure resolved and then serviced. Work completed for parents property: 1. Burst pipe fixed 2. Broken sink replaced 3. Boiler serviced. When looking at radiators I was able to ask for advice on suitable ones to purchase, the job was then completed professionally and extremely well leading to me asking them to come back for further jobs. I feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in the property to complete what needs doing, and trust their judgement completely. They are personable, professional and affordable, for such a high standard of work completed. I recommend to all.

I contacted several trusted traders in my area that were listed as 24 hour operations early on Saturday evening with an urgent but relatively simple outside plumbing job for the next day (a broken elbow in the wast pipe from the kitchen. of the flat upstairs). No Nonsense were the only company to reply, and a quote a time for today were quickly agreed via text. He notified me when he was 45 mins away and arrived on time. The pipe was quickly renewed to a better standard than the original, and Michael was friendly and professional. He picked a good name for his business!

We have had James and Michael from No Nonsense Plumbing visit us for a bathroom tap leak emergency, bath trap leak and the fitting of a new radiator. We made an emergency call at 10.30pm and James arrived within 15 minutes. He sorted the problem and returned promptly the next morning to finish the job. Michael sorted the Beth trap leak when he came to fit the new radiator. Both men were so polite, respectful of our house and so efficient, just lovely. They knew exactly what they were doing throughout and cleaned up after their work, even removing the old radiator. Very calm, confident and effficient. Michael didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied that the central heating was working, there were no leaks and we had hot water. We shall definitely call on No Nonsense Plumbing again. Thank you!
