I called them on Sunday as the sink was leaking. I have zero DIY skills. I asked about what to do... They could have given some long drawn-out explanation and said they needed to come out and fix it. They just said, "get some silicon". I found a place that was open and did just that. Easy fix and they saved me a fortune. There are some genuinely honest folks out there. When something serious happens you can guess who I will contact.

Michael provided a same day service and even though the leak was in a difficult place to get to, the work was done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use him again.

The person that came to fix my boiler did a good job, gave me good advice regarding my boiler, and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my boiler. He was on time and professional. He completed a service of my boiler a few months ago, and did a good job.

Prompt response to a weekend boiler failure. 2 hours later there was a guy on site who was professional and friendly and was happy to explain what he was doing, and what problems he was finding as he inspected/dismantled the boiler. Simple problem in the end, and a fairly hefty bill for a weekend call-out, but when your hot water and heating is gone you want it done now and I am sure they had the knowledge/experience to have solved almost any problem.

Three radiators needed changing, in addition to this there was some other plumbing work including changing a kitchen tap. All work completed on time and for the agreed price. Michael’s communications were also pretty good. Impossible not to recommend!

This was an efficient and thorough overhaul of a very old heating system. Michael assessed my requirements and offered me three quotes. I chose the most expensive quote, and I'm glad I did; it was worth every penny. This was an excellent job. I don't often write reviews, good or bad, but I felt I had to in this case. Michael turned up early, looked at the problem knew what he had to do and got to work without any messing around. He even refused a cup of tea despite my best efforts :-) His worked quickly but carefully, left everything clean and tidy after making the repairs and just got on with what he needed to do. He was polite and courteous and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber. I will definitely use him for my plumbing needs in the future.

No Nonsense Plumbing completed a small job of replacing the sides of our bath, which were in a sorry state due to poor handiwork/material used by the company who had refurbished our bathroom. No Nonsense were very efficient and reliable, used solid material, unlike previous person. Estimate, which was the final cost, no extras, was a little more than I had maybe anticipated but as it was good job with good, solid material (unlike the previous) it will actually save me money in the long run as I won't need it re-done.

A tough job - what we thought was one problem was 3 different - all sorted to high standard. This is the second time I have used them and they are in my contacts as go to emergency plumbers - but I'm sure they are way more than that.

Would highly recommend, I am a repeat customer. An appointment was offered promptly to complete the annual boiler service and the gas safe certification was received the same day. A professional service was given as usual.

I am very happy to have found NoNonsense Plumbing via Which Trusted Traders. Michael, the company owner and main plumber/engineer, recently supplied and installed my shower pump. His work was of a very high standard. He was punctual, wasted no time, fitted the new pump, also investigated some watermarks (which turned out due to old leaks), and on my request also improved the sealant in my bath. He was very professional, respectful and honest in answering my questions. He worked with an equally nice assistant who also cleaned up perfectly after the work was done! Cost was reasonable. Michael is also Gas Safe registered. I intend to use his services again as and when needed and can definitely recommend him!

We've had a dripping Franke hot tap for a while, perhaps due to the hard water. I ordered spare valves but failed to fix things as I didn't have the right tools. Michael came and fixed it in no time, changed the other valves and washers and then cleared a blocked sink drain. Great service! Thanks Michael.

Michael came to replace the valves of our leaking Franke filter tap. He was punctual and a very efficient, helpful person. He did an excellent job for which we were very grateful and was able to advise on a couple of other plumbing problems we had. I contacted No Nonsense Plumbing after damp appeared on my ceiling. They turned up on time and quickly identified the problem – which another gas engineer had missed– before expertly carrying out the necessary repairs. No drama. No Mess. No Nonsense. A year ago Michael installed my new Combi boiler, did great job and a year on I had him do a service on said boiler, He found a value leaking and arranged it to be replaced under the Guarantee so no cost. He always cleans up and takes any rubbish away, as in the the review title any plumbing he is my first port of call.
