Michael has completed two jobs for us in the last three weeks. First, diagnostics on an old combi boiler and fitting of new taps, and second, installation of a new gas combi boiler. On both instances Michael was helpful and open to giving advice that best suited us as customers. Rather than having expensive short term repairs we were advised that replacing the boiler was a better long term decision. Additionally, Michael went to some effort to provide us with all the details we needed to self-source materials, allowing us to structure costs to suit our finances. All work has been completed to a high standard with work sites left clean afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to use No Nonsense Plumbing again in the future.

Michael came to replace the valves of our leaking Franke filter tap. He was punctual and a very efficient, helpful person. He did an excellent job for which we were very grateful and was able to advise on a couple of other plumbing problems we had. He had been very helpful when I first contacted him by e mail with questions about our tap and was quick to respond. He gave me a quote and when I finally phoned and asked him if he was able to come and do the job he was able to give me an appointment within a couple of days. We've had a dripping Franke hot tap for a while, perhaps due to the hard water. I ordered spare valves but failed to fix things as I didn't have the right tools. Michael came and fixed it in no time, changed the other valves and washers and then cleared a blocked sink drain. Great service! Thanks Michael.

I am very happy to have found NoNonsense Plumbing via Which Trusted Traders. Michael, the company owner and main plumber/engineer, recently supplied and installed my shower pump. His work was of a very high standard. He was punctual, wasted no time, fitted the new pump, also investigated some watermarks (which turned out due to old leaks), and on my request also improved the sealant in my bath. He was very professional, respectful and honest in answering my questions. He worked with an equally nice assistant who also cleaned up perfectly after the work was done! Cost was reasonable. Michael is also Gas Safe registered. I intend to use his services again as and when needed and can definitely recommend him!

My combi boiler needed a thorough service and some further attention due to very noisy vibrations. Michael came, cleaned the boiler, and patiently diagnosed the remaining problem. He then fixed it on the same day. He left everything clean and tidy and charged very reasonably. I don't often write reviews, good or bad, but I felt I had to in this case. Michael turned up early, looked at the problem knew what he had to do and got to work without any messing around. He even refused a cup of tea despite my best efforts :-) His worked quickly but carefully, left everything clean and tidy after making the repairs and just got on with what he needed to do. He was polite and courteous and I would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber. I will definitely use him for my plumbing needs in the future.

No Nonsense Plumbing is reliable, skilled, efficient and tidy! Plumbing can be messy but Michael has excellent equipment that sucks away water so the home remains safe and tidy. I contacted them in the eve when I noticed one of my radiators was stone cold, and he managed to squeeze me in the following day! Morning actually which meant the work was completed and the stress was gone and my home was snug again. Micheal is very intelligent he is an excellent problem solver and offers out information in a kind and genuine way. This was an efficient and thorough overhaul of a very old heating system. Michael assessed my requirements and offered me three quotes. I needed to have my boiler serviced as I am moving house. The Plumber I usually use is on holiday so I had to find a trusted plumber. I had an issue with my water flow rate. Michael quickly determined the issue was due to the pressure-reducing valve having debris and residue and needed replacing. He added a temporary fix by removing this pressure-reducing valve, communicated clearly about what parts were required and then came back and replaced this. The water pressure is now back to normal. Overall, it’s thoroughly professional and excellent work. I would highly recommend him to anyone and use his services again if needed.

I contacted several trusted traders in my area that were listed as 24 hour operations early on Saturday evening with an urgent but relatively simple outside plumbing job for the next day (a broken elbow in the wast pipe from the kitchen. of the flat upstairs). No Nonsense were the only company to reply, and a quote a time for today were quickly agreed via text. He notified me when he was 45 mins away and arrived on time. The pipe was quickly renewed to a better standard than the original, and Michael was friendly and professional. He picked a good name for his business!

There was an External leak to the property as notified by Thames Water. NoNonsense Plumbing first double checked everything Internally. The found the water source to the home, dug out the front garden, found the break in the pipework, stopped the leak and placed the front garden as new. All internal waterworks inside checked and left working. Along the way, he fully explained everything and took photos as well. Very, very happy.

1. Radiators fitted. I had normal white radiators, cast iron radiator and a vertical radiator fitted with associated pipework for change of placement. 2. Leak from bath identified and corrected. 3. External tap connected. 4. Broken toilet fixed. 5. Boiler connected to Nest. 6. Boiler failure resolved and then serviced. Work completed for parents property: 1. Burst pipe fixed 2. Broken sink replaced 3. Boiler serviced. When looking at radiators I was able to ask for advice on suitable ones to purchase, the job was then completed professionally and extremely well leading to me asking them to come back for further jobs. I feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in the property to complete what needs doing, and trust their judgement completely. We asked No NonSense to change all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as to replace 2 hand wash sinks. They provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. They worked fast, went the extra mile (they tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and left our home perfectly clean.
