Nine radTherm radiators plus modified hot water controls installed. All sized, ordered and completed very efficiently and tidily. This new system is vastly superior to the old economy 7 night storage units, and the control app is really easy to use.

I had the Sunamp hot water system installed on 25/09/2025. I read about this Sunamp system online, went on Sunamp website and found a list of recommended installers. I chose North East Heating Solutions and could'nt be happier. Right from the first enquiry, up to a home visit from Howard. Howard gave a detailed account about the system. The installation was done by Phil. Every care was taken with my property and and a tidy professional was done. I would recommend North East Heating Solutions for their courteous and professional service.

I recently had a Sumamp water heater installed by North East Heating Solutions, and the service was excellent from start to finish. At the initial survey appointment, the friendly and professional representative took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me choose the model that best suited my needs. He also talked me through the installation process so I knew exactly what to expect. The actual installation was fantastic — the engineer was friendly, polite, professional, and thoughtful, as well as very thorough. I’m absolutely delighted with the product and now have instant hot water at great pressure — a huge improvement over my old, inefficient hot water cylinder tank! The process of having our new heating installed from speaking to Howard to the fitting guys today has been hugely professional and efficient. We have endured outdated storage heaters for the past 20 years and today , suddenly , we are warm and cozy. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending North East Heating Solutions! The team, Kevin , Phil and Callum did a fantastic job today . They worked effectively and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess and carried out their tasks with charm, humour and professionalism. We had a aquafficient boiler fitted 3 years ago by Fischer. This was an expensive item costing us £4000 . The water pressure was poor and when I spoke to Fischer in the hope they could rectify this they told us that a £280 call out fee would be incurred ! North East Electric Solution’s Phill was able to talk us through the process of putting this right over the phone at no cost! Fantastic service . Thank you again such a difficult; we are thrilled with our new heating system !

I highly recommend NorthEast Heating Solutions. From first contact to completion, they have been both friendly and professional. I decided to update my old wet heating system to the RadTherm Electric radiators and am now looking forward to a cosy winter with state-of-the-art radiators I can control individually via my phone. I also had a Sunamp Heat battery installed for my hot water. Even though I have the smallest-sized battery it meets all my needs. All the staff I had dealings with were spot on in terms of communication, knowledge and skill. The installation was stress and mess-free. I have no regrets. Thanks for the great work.

Sunamp Thermino 150eplus installed to replace a water tank/night storage. Have to admit I was really nervous as to if I was making the right decision - but I have been proved very wrong. This review is to help those like me who has zero knowledge of plumbing systems and to review on basic practical terms, something which I found was lacking when trying to figure out what to do. Yes it costs more than replacing with a new tank, but it will save you so much money each month, so more than worth the initial outlay. 2 bed flat 2 people, no gas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. The previous setup was costing the same in electricity as my day usage, heating a whole tank every night, of which very little got used. This system only recharges a battery when it goes under a certain percentage charge. If you don’t use it doesn’t need to charge. Lashings of hot water when you need it. More than enough to fill a bath and doesn’t take longer to fill than the old system. Totally exceeded my expectations and couldn’t be happier. Huge shout out to Howard, who explained everything without a hard sell (very appreciated), Yvette for keeping updates on delivery and installation, and also to the 2 lovely guys who installed. Polite and professional, no mess left, and knew their trade… I will remember to have some tea for when you come and install the radiators!

We had new electric radiators fitted throughout the house. The disruption was kept to a minimum and everything was left clean and tidy. The two guys doing the fitting were professional and friendly. My only observation would be that a pre installation visit by the electrician may be a good idea just to check requirements. We were very pleased with the fitting and with the operation of the radiators, would recommend. They aren’t cheap to buy but they are very effective and easy to use via the app.

Can’t fault the service from this team of people, really professional, great communication throughout and explained all issues in a way I could understand, would definitely recommend.
