North East Heating Solutions installed electric heaters throughout my property together with a new boiler they were very professional kept to budget and schedule the team who worked at my property were very helpful and considerate and carried out an excellent job I would have no hesitation to recommend them

North East Heating Solutions were initially contacted to advise and quote for the installation of Elkatherm heaters for our village hall. The old gas-fired heater and overhead electric heaters were inefficient and did not provide even room heating and so it was decided to have them replaced with a more modern alternative. North East Heating Solutions visited the hall and quickly scoped out the locations for 5 new programmable Elkatherm heaters after a survey of the electricity supply for connections. The old gas-fired unit and overhead electric heaters were removed and disposed of and the room was left in a clean and tidy condition. The work was completed within 1 day and care was taken to ensure that the end result was to our satisfaction. A full explanation of the operation of the new heaters was given and a user guide was provided. The cost wasn't cheap but previous testimonies indicate that the Elkatherm heaters are good value for money. Although there has not been the opportunity to experience the efficiency of the new heaters yet (summertime) the appearance and testing of the settings make us optimistic.

Replaced back boiler-driven, water-based central heating with four new radiators on ground floor. All old radiators throughout the house removed, header tank supply capped off, and new internal gubbins fitted to electric immersion heater. Fitted in summer, so haven't used new radiators at all yet, but they do look good. The fitters - two electricians and a plumber - are a dream team, courteous, thoughtful, non-invasive, quick and very tidy - if only all tradespeople were like this.

Very professional service from initial survey to installation. Installation carried out in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. We had opted to have this system installed into my elderly mothers property as a safer alternative to gas appliances. Although we were present, the installers took time to explain to mother what they were doing. Very pleased with the end result, very neat looking and certainly very effective.

I live in a fully electric, small property that had an old small water tank with immersion heater for my hot water with little control. It was inefficient and took up valuable wardrobe space. I wanted to modernise the system and future proof it so instead of updating like for like I looked for something a bit more innovative. I was happy with what was discussed and arrangements were made to fit it in about 6 to 8 weeks time. On the day the people involved were great, polite and got on with the job. They removed the old system and took away all rubbish. It was done in about half a day and used it that evening. Compact, easy to use, quiet, hot water on demand, fast flow rate, never seems to run out. Overall very happy, it has assisted with an easier way of living day to day and given me a wardrobe back, would highly recommend. Thanks.

I contacted North East Heating Solutions with regard to replacement of old storage heaters. A useful home visit was made, measurements taken, order placed. I was informed of progress along the way. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and the radiators were fitted quickly and efficiently. Old storage heaters removed. A timer also fitted on the immersion heater free of charge. The radiators are quick to heat up the rooms and aesthetically pleasing.

North East Heating Solutions removed 5 old night storage heaters from my recently purchased bungalow and replaced them with 4 Elkatherm radiators. I am delighted. The timing of the work, the cost and all arrangements were made with the MD. Howard at the end of his initial visit, and all of this was adhered to. My daughter and son in law had made the appointment, and were present during his assessment and recommendations. Having already met some traders regarding the required work. We were all impressed with the professional attitude, the openness, and patience which was displayed by this gentleman. Contact with the office was excellent, with Yvette and Rodi confirming times etc. One extremely pleasant engineer Phil, came to remove the old equipment. Everything was cleared and clean before he left. On installation day John and Stephen, again extremely pleasant engineers arrived at the stated time, they worked quietly and efficiently, making sure that I was satisfied with all the arrangements, as they went along. I was patiently shown how to operate the system ,which was set to the temperature and times I require. They were respectful of my home and property, and left everything clean and tidy. I am absolutely delighted with the system, and all people involved with it. There have been no problems. I and my family are most impressed with the work completed, and would strongly recommend North East Heating Solutions to anyone.

We love our new heating & water system installed by North East Heating Solutions. We had a problem with our gas heating as despite numerous power flushes the micro bore pipes the builder installed 20+ years ago were blocked & useless. We researched many options & Howards Elkatherm radiators became our preferred option. They’re not cheap (anything that’s good tends not to be) but weighing up disruption, re-plastering,/re-decorating and the big bonus of future proofing our home away from fossil fuels, this system came out favourite. Although it’s summer & we’ve not used them to full advantage yet, we have lots of hot water, the radiators look great & are easy to use with the smart app. Howard’s team are super professional and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We decided to move from gas heating for environmental reasons and in order to have a more flexible system which heats where and when we want. Howard explained everything clearly with no hard sell, and his team were friendly, efficient, professional, quick and tidy in removing the old radiators and installing eight electric ones in less than 2 days. The heaters look good, are easy to control, and work extremely well.

We decided to replace our outdated storage heaters with new controllable Elkatherm heaters around six months ago. We are delighted with them as we can program each individual heater to suit our needs e.g. the bedroom heater is set to come on at the required temperature two hours before we go to bed and again two hours before we get up. Then the rest of the day and night it is set to a lower temperature and only comes on if the room temperature falls below that. We estimate that we will save around one thousand eight hundred kw per year in our two-bedroom bungalow. Also, we were very impressed with Northeast Heating Solutions from the initial first meeting with Howard to the expert fitting of the heaters - a friendly set of workers who left everything neat and tidy.

Sales visit was informative but not pushy . We were advised about size of radiator to suit size of large and small room. Workmen arrived on agreed date completed work efficiently and with little disruption. Workmen we’re polite and efficient throughout .We were given programming demonstration and left with simple instruction sheet as well as YouTube tutorial info . Both radiators working efficiently and 25 year guarantee gives peace of mind . Not a cheap option but will whole heatedly recommend this firm .

We found the economy 7 heaters we had were inefficient and expensive to run. These heaters were over 30 years old. We did a lot of research and hit on North East Heating Solutions. We ordered the heaters on 13 October 2021 after a site visit. We requested the radiators be installed before Christmas. Which they were. The most important thing to us was the running costs which have proved to be very reasonable and we are a lot more comfortable now.

The initial appointment with Howard was arranged very quickly. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional and was not "pushy" by any means. He was very accommodating and was able to explain in detail how the systems worked, without overcomplicating it! The radiators were installed efficiently around 3 months later. The installers were courteous and didn't leave any mess and the job was done within a few hours. After being stuck with old storage heaters for over a year, the new system is an absolute dream! They work so effectively and efficiently in heating our house, even better than gas central heating which is what we're used to. We've already saved money on our energy bills. I would definitely recommend this company and this product, it is very much worth the money and we are confident the system will last a lifetime.

I enquired in January, made a decision to get a visit to look at heating options. Great service. Then radiators ordered and installed - also an excellent service. Programming took a while to get to grips with because I it was June installed and didn’t need heating till now in mid November. Works brilliantly and I am thrilled with it. I am very pleased with the installation and performance of my Sunamp water heater. It is economical. Obviously the upfront cost is high but overall I am pleased I had the unit installed. North East Heating Solutions are good to deal with and provide good customer service.

We were looking to replace our old ineffective storage radiators with something more practical. We'd investigated air source to go green but it really wasn't going to work as a retrofit for our old barn conversion. We'd had a number of companies come round and try to sell us ASHP or LPG boilers and really not listening to us. Howard was a breath of fresh air. He could see we'd already done our homework, we knew exactly what we wanted and just needed to know the radiators required and the price. He gave us exactly that and as a result left with a booking and deposit. There was a wait for the radiators to be supplied but in fact they were available and fitted before due which was great. The timer switches we were also having didn't come in as quickly and when they weren't quite right they were switched out for an alternative product with no fuss and fitted at a later date. They were all set up fine and as well as the standard instruction booklet we were provided with a simply get started basic instruction sheet too. Altogether we are very happy with the job - the fitters were courteous, working round us while we were working from home, clean, tidy, respectful and all in all did a great job.
