Excellent installation they were very professional and as helpful as they could be. They left my apartment clean and tidy and took the old water cylinder away. I only had a Sun Amp water heater fitted but so far I am very pleased with its performance I have yet to evaluate the exact running costs but so far it seems to be cheaper than my old emersion heater system.

We found the economy 7 heaters we had were inefficient and expensive to run. These heaters were over 30 years old. We did a lot of research and hit on North East Heating Solutions. We ordered the heaters on 13 October 2021 after a site visit. We requested the radiators be installed before Christmas. Which they were. The most important thing to us was the running costs which have proved to be very reasonable and we are a lot more comfortable now.

We decided to move from gas heating for environmental reasons and in order to have a more flexible system which heats where and when we want. Howard explained everything clearly with no hard sell, and his team were friendly, efficient, professional, quick and tidy in removing the old radiators and installing eight electric ones in less than 2 days. The heaters look good, are easy to control, and work extremely well.

Very professional service from initial survey to installation. Installation carried out in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. We had opted to have this system installed into my elderly mothers property as a safer alternative to gas appliances. Although we were present, the installers took time to explain to mother what they were doing. Very pleased with the end result, very neat looking and certainly very effective.

We had the old radiators and pipework removed and new radiators installed. All done as scheduled and the team dealt easily with the few unanticipated problems. All radiators set up on the WiFi control system and good follow up to check all was working as it should. Very pleased with the quality of the system and the quality of service received.

The process of having our new heating installed from speaking to Howard to the fitting guys today has been hugely professional and efficient. We have endured outdated storage heaters for the past 20 years and today , suddenly , we are warm and cozy. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending North East Heating Solutions! The team, Kevin , Phil and Callum did a fantastic job today . They worked effectively and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess and carried out their tasks with charm, humour and professionalism. We had a aquafficient boiler fitted 3 years ago by Fischer. This was an expensive item costing us £4000 . The water pressure was poor and when I spoke to Fischer in the hope they could rectify this they told us that a £280 call out fee would be incurred ! North East Electric Solution’s Phill was able to talk us through the process of putting this right over the phone at no cost! Fantastic service . Thank you again such a difficult; we are thrilled with our new heating system !

Nine radTherm radiators plus modified hot water controls installed. All sized, ordered and completed very efficiently and tidily. This new system is vastly superior to the old economy 7 night storage units, and the control app is really easy to use.

I saw an advert for electric radiators & decided to look further at replacing my ancient night storage heaters. I contacted North East Heating Solutions & someone visited my property to assess what was needed. Everything was explained so clearly & I decided to go ahead with electric radiators. The engineers who installed them were prompt, friendly & efficient and I am so pleased with the whole experience.

The wait between ordering and fitting was a little longer than anticipated (Brexit-related) and I would have liked a little more communication - I've still given 5 stars though because the response when I telephoned was fine, and the two fitters more than made up for this small thing. Once the fitting date was arranged the fitters arrived promptly. They were very efficient, overcoming the one small difficulty we encountered without fuss. They were friendly and polite the whole time they were with me and cleaned up any mess made by drilling. I was extremely happy with the service provided. The radiators they fitted are so much better than the storage heaters they replaced and I can now control my heating as I need to - perfect!

I had electric radiators installed at my Bridlington bungalow to replace my useless uneconomical panel heaters by North East Heating Solutions. And I must say everything in their brochure is true and are good for every promise they make. This family run firm gave me customer service that is rare to find these days and second to none . The gentleman who does the science of how many radiators I needed and how big was brilliant and went the extra mile to make sure we had a more than warm home. They we’re fitted fast, with no mess. I’m very pleased i invested in these radiators, and with this family company. I live in a fully electric, small property that had an old small water tank with immersion heater for my hot water with little control. It was inefficient and took up valuable wardrobe space. I wanted to modernise the system and future proof it so instead of updating like for like I looked for something a bit more innovative. I came across the Sunamp System, albeit a bit nervous about my choice, I contacted North East Heating Solutions Ltd and they came to visit and go through the options with me. I was happy with what was discussed and arrangements were made to fit it in about 6 to 8 weeks time. On the day the people involved were great, polite and got on with the job. They removed the old system and took away all rubbish. It was done in about half a day and used it that evening. Compact, easy to use, quiet, hot water on demand, fast flow rate, never seems to run out. Overall very happy, it has assisted with an easier way of living day to day and given me a wardrobe back, would highly recommend. Thanks.

We had an ELKAtherm radiator installed in our bathroom and were most impressed by the calibre of Kevin and Phil the two engineers who fitted it. They were punctual, polite and extremely professional. The radiator is of the highest quality and the company lives up to this standard. We would not hesitate to use the company again nor to recommend it to others

This was the first phase of three stage install to replace an oil-fired central heating system. The work was done successfully, on time and with no residual issues. Both installers (Kev and James) were friendly, helpful and tidy in their work. We would thoroughly recommend their services and look forward to completion of the next phase. The system has worked well from the outset with no calls for assistance.

Sunamp Thermino 150eplus installed to replace a water tank/night storage. Have to admit I was really nervous as to if I was making the right decision - but I have been proved very wrong. This review is to help those like me who has zero knowledge of plumbing systems and to review on basic practical terms, something which I found was lacking when trying to figure out what to do. Yes it costs more than replacing with a new tank, but it will save you so much money each month, so more than worth the initial outlay. 2 bed flat 2 people, no gas, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. The previous setup was costing the same in electricity as my day usage, heating a whole tank every night, of which very little got used. This system only recharges a battery when it goes under a certain percentage charge. If you don’t use it doesn’t need to charge. Lashings of hot water when you need it. More than enough to fill a bath and doesn’t take longer to fill than the old system. Totally exceeded my expectations and couldn’t be happier. Huge shout out to Howard, who explained everything without a hard sell (very appreciated), Yvette for keeping updates on delivery and installation, and also to the 2 lovely guys who installed. Polite and professional, no mess left, and knew their trade… I will remember to have some tea for when you come and install the radiators!
