We bought an holiday apartment with an electric heating system already installed. Wishing to be able to control the system remotely we contacted North East Heating Solutions. The complexity of interfacing our phone , the heating system router and our broadband router was made very simple with the assistance of Yvette Ford. Despite some issues with OUR broadband router, her patience and persistence were beyond the call of duty. I maintain that the quality of people are a reflection of the quality of the company. Therefore, don't go anywhere for an electric heating system before you contact North East Heating Solutions.

We had our survey carried out to assess the correct size of Elkatherm heater with no sales pitch, and no pressure. we were advised on size and chose an appropriate colour. Our heater duly arrived with two very pleasant young men, was connected up and we were shown how to operate it. I can safely say we have had 2 years of trouble free warm bathroom and we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend.

We decided to replace our outdated storage heaters with new controllable Elkatherm heaters around six months ago. We are delighted with them as we can program each individual heater to suit our needs e.g. the bedroom heater is set to come on at the required temperature two hours before we go to bed and again two hours before we get up. Then the rest of the day and night it is set to a lower temperature and only comes on if the room temperature falls below that. We estimate that we will save around one thousand eight hundred kw per year in our two-bedroom bungalow. Also, we were very impressed with Northeast Heating Solutions from the initial first meeting with Howard to the expert fitting of the heaters - a friendly set of workers who left everything neat and tidy.

The initial appointment with Howard was arranged very quickly. Howard was very knowledgeable, professional and was not "pushy" by any means. He was very accommodating and was able to explain in detail how the systems worked, without overcomplicating it! The radiators were installed efficiently around 3 months later. The installers were courteous and didn't leave any mess and the job was done within a few hours. After being stuck with old storage heaters for over a year, the new system is an absolute dream! They work so effectively and efficiently in heating our house, even better than gas central heating which is what we're used to. We've already saved money on our energy bills. I would definitely recommend this company and this product, it is very much worth the money and we are confident the system will last a lifetime.

I contacted North East Heating Solutions with regard to replacement of old storage heaters. A useful home visit was made, measurements taken, order placed. I was informed of progress along the way. On the day of installation, they arrived on time and the radiators were fitted quickly and efficiently. Old storage heaters removed. A timer also fitted on the immersion heater free of charge. The radiators are quick to heat up the rooms and aesthetically pleasing.

North East Heating Solutions removed 5 old night storage heaters from my recently purchased bungalow and replaced them with 4 Elkatherm radiators. I am delighted. The timing of the work, the cost and all arrangements were made with the MD. Howard at the end of his initial visit, and all of this was adhered to. My daughter and son in law had made the appointment, and were present during his assessment and recommendations. Having already met some traders regarding the required work. We were all impressed with the professional attitude, the openness, and patience which was displayed by this gentleman. Contact with the office was excellent, with Yvette and Rodi confirming times etc. One extremely pleasant engineer Phil, came to remove the old equipment. Everything was cleared and clean before he left. On installation day John and Stephen, again extremely pleasant engineers arrived at the stated time, they worked quietly and efficiently, making sure that I was satisfied with all the arrangements, as they went along. I was patiently shown how to operate the system ,which was set to the temperature and times I require. They were respectful of my home and property, and left everything clean and tidy. I am absolutely delighted with the system, and all people involved with it. There have been no problems. I and my family are most impressed with the work completed, and would strongly recommend North East Heating Solutions to anyone.

From the first meeting to discuss our needs, through the ordering, fitting and after-sales service North East Heating have been brilliant. The installation was excellent and caused the minimum of disruption and completed in one day. We now have a system which keeps us warm.... and saves us money compared to our old system. Any queries or problem has been swiftly dealt with by Yvette. I thoroughly recommend this company.

We spent a long time looking into getting a new heating system for our cottage. We had storage heaters and found that they were not warming the rooms at all and also they are very expensive to run. My husband found North East Heating Solutions on line. He contacted Howard, who came round to give us a quote. Howard was very professional and easy to talk to. He told us all about the radiators and we were very impressed. You don't get pressured into buying their products. We then made our order with Yvette who was very friendly and helpful. The installation day, the team came and they got on with the job, very friendly, tidy, professional. I was very impressed with the new radiators, they look so modern and slim. After living in a three bedroom fridge for years with only one storage heater working it’s an absolute delight to come home to a warm house and it’s all thanks to the lads at North East Heating Solutions Ltd. I cannot fault anything from the initial home appointment to the lovely lads that fitted my radiators. They were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no mess at all was left and best of all they took all the old storage heaters and rubbish with them……..bonus. The radiators themselves are very stylish, easy to control and heat my home lovely. I’m exceptionally happy with the service I received and the product I purchased. I had the Sunamp hot water system installed on 25/09/2025. I read about this Sunamp system online, went on Sunamp website and found a list of recommended installers. I chose North East Heating Solutions and could'nt be happier. Right from the first enquiry, up to a home visit from Howard. Howard gave a detailed account about the system. The installation was done by Phil. Every care was taken with my property and and a tidy professional was done. I would recommend North East Heating Solutions for their courteous and professional service.

We have had our heaters from north east heating now for several years and can't recommend highly enough. Our old storage heaters were removed and the elkoheaters installed quickly and efficiently with no mess. We have saved on heating costs year on year and find them very easy to control wirelessly. We recommended them to friends last year who are similarly delighted.

I was impressed with the conduct of this firm from the first visit of its representative. The quotation was submitted quickly, and in an easily understandable form. From my decision to employ North East Heating Solutions I was entirely satisfied with the service and the work. I was kept informed at all stages and everything happened on the dates agreed. When the radiators were installed the workmen were polite, methodical and neat, and the work was completed within the day. I opted initially for the tablet control of the radiators, but found that was not compatible with how I wished to manage the system. The company fitted control knobs on all radiators, which are perfect for my needs. I have been completely satisfied with the system for the last four years and four months.

From Howard's visit to explain and provide quotation, through communication from the ladies in the office, and finally today's installation by Steve and John, the service from North East Heating has been of the highest order. Honest, courteous and professional, backed up with sound knowledge and logic. Today's installation was flawless, all old heater debris removed and placement of the new Elkatherm units completed with our consultation. Each and every one of the workmen were prompt professional and courteous throughout and any questions or concerns were dealt with before during and after. Found North East Heating Solutions online after deciding to go all electric with the view of going solar eventually.I am a believer in first impressions ! They answered straight away and not long after leaving my details Howard the owner contacted me and arranged an appointment which was impressive and reassuring as we had no hot water or heating . After the consultation they very kindly fitted me into their tight schedule to fit the sunamp so we at least had hot water which was fitted within a couple weeks and we are so impressed with the Sunamp heater it does everything Howard said it would do instant heat at pressure no noise WOW ! The team came a few weeks later to fit the radiators they were efficient worked well together polite tidy and did a very very good job despite me asking for where I wanted it fitting which was a nightmare for them. Big thanks to Phil,Kev who went out of the way to lift my floor boards to hide cables and thanks to Luke for explaining how the system works and In general Huge thanks to North East Heating Solutions overall They lived up to first impressions quick at answering phone and giving a excellent prompt professional service

Phil the plumber removed the old gas boiler and radiators and installed the Sunamp. Luke and Krev installed Elkatherm radiators. They turned up as scheduled and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. This alone would have given them a 5 star review. But in addition to this, they worked in a very neat way, moving furniture and household items back and forth in order to do it, and cleaned and tidied after themselves. They were careful to make sure everything was installed exactly as I wanted it and were generous when installing new electric sockets. I was provided with instruction of how to work the new equipment and was given a very clear demonstration. They were polite and fun to be around. I can't recall having such a good service in recent times. I am one very happy customer

From start to finish they kept me informed. I had these heaters installed, the workmen came and were very polite. They cleaned up after they had completed it and showed me how to work the app. Quick installation which included taking out the old economy 7 heaters.
