We had a recommendation from 2 of my neighbours who had solar arrays and batteries fitted by North East Solar so our expectations were high. Without doubt from the first contact to the completed job they exceeded all our expectations. Very professional specification, planning and documentation. They offered us a range of options, but recommended the cheapest as we could build on the system in the future if required. One of their technical crew came round (at the specified time) and answered all our queries and addressed any concerns we had. The DNO documentation took some time to arrive, but once attained, they came within 3 weeks and fitted the system. The fitters and technicians could not have been nicer, very professional, courteous and extremely tidy. They tested everything thoroughly and spent some time going through the app with us to help us optimise its effectiveness and savings. Post installation support was good with guarantees for the installed equipment arriving within days. We’re just waiting for the DNO sign off and then we can start generating revenue from the excellent system we had installed from North East Solar. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
