We had lots of issues with our water tank and boiler and had a few different plumbers and heating engineers look at the system. Kevin identified the issue immediately and worked out a safe short term fix whilst we decided what to do more permanently (we were having our kitchen refitted so needed to re-site the boiler any way). Kevin gave us a thorough and competitive quote to replace the water tank and boiler with a combi-boiler. He re-sited it upstairs where the water tank had been, taking it out of the kitchen entirely and providing more space downstairs. He fitted a new flue through our attic. This work was done efficiently and left no mess. Kevin knew we were getting our kitchen redone so he filled the old flue holes and matched in the external brick work so it was ready for the kitchen fitters. The boiler works perfectly and has made a big difference to our hot water needs (we were always running out of hot water before!). Kevin also registered the boiler with the manufacturer to set up the warranty and guarantee. He provided all paperwork in a plastic folder for easy storage. Since then, he has undertaken our annual boiler service. He is friendly, punctual and tidy. Their prices are competitive and we appreciate the "local" individual service.

Our existing Franke kitchen sink had started to warp and the securing brackets had become loose. We contacted North Somerset Plumbing and Heating, who we have used for a variety of jobs in the past, for advice. Kevin and Craig visited us and recommended a new sink. They provided details and prices for various replacement Franke sinks together with dates that they were available for fitting. A choice was made and the sink was fitted promptly and with minimal disruption. We had used them in the past and found them to be very knowledgeable, pleasant and trustworthy, and their work to be thorough and of a high standard. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Replacement boiler. Prior to that, replacement of all 16 radiators, complete replacement/refurbishment of 3 shower/toilet rooms and several other projects. These guys are are simply brilliant and always produce an excellent result. They are considerate and courteous and always reliable.

I had a yearly boiler service carried out. I have used this company for around 7 years and always find them to be friendly, helpful, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They always explain what they are doing really clearly, do a great job, and leave everything neat and tidy. As well as my regular boiler service, I have called them on a number of occasions when my heating system has stopped working and they have always booked me in very quickly and got it working again which has been much appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
