I have been a customer of North Somerset Heating and Plumbing for 3 or 4 years now, and they have serviced my boiler every year. On each visit I have been impressed with their professionalism, their efficient service, all done with a friendly and customer-focussed manner. Any suggestion is just what it is .... a no-pressure suggestion, and all of my queries have always been answered. I am pleased to be one of their customers, and I trust them implicitly. I am very happy to recommend them to any new customer. They are absolutely brilliant!

Kevin and Craig have been servicing our appliances and meeting our heating needs since 2017. They also looked after my wife's mother when she was alive. We are highly delighted with their work, which has included servicing gas fires, wall heaters and installing new and additional radiators. Their work has always been top-notch. They have always been courteous and considerate, reliable and honest, neat and tidy and give good advice (with options). They are very professional and do a great job at a great price. We are happy to recommend them to anyone we know in the certain knowledge that Kevin and Craig will do a quality job.

I had an old gas fire removed. Turned up on time, removed efficiently and area made tidy afterwards. Very friendly and polite. Also helped me work out how to use boiler in new home. Very pleased with work done and additional support.

Craig & Kevin definitely deserve 5 stars. Brilliant response and communication, professional and experienced in every aspect of their work. Sourced and fitted two sets of bathroom taps, such a neat finish you would not know they had been replaced. We will not hesitate to contact them in the future for any of our plumbing requirements. We had lots of issues with our water tank and boiler and had a few different plumbers and heating engineers look at the system. Kevin identified the issue immediately and worked out a safe short term fix whilst we decided what to do more permanently (we were having our kitchen refitted so needed to re-site the boiler any way). Kevin gave us a thorough and competitive quote to replace the water tank and boiler with a combi-boiler. He re-sited it upstairs where the water tank had been, taking it out of the kitchen entirely and providing more space downstairs. He fitted a new flue through our attic. This work was done efficiently and left no mess. Kevin knew we were getting our kitchen redone so he filled the old flue holes and matched in the external brick work so it was ready for the kitchen fitters. The boiler works perfectly and has made a big difference to our hot water needs (we were always running out of hot water before!). Kevin also registered the boiler with the manufacturer to set up the warranty and guarantee. He provided all paperwork in a plastic folder for easy storage. Since then, he has undertaken our annual boiler service. He is friendly, punctual and tidy. Their prices are competitive and we appreciate the "local" individual service.
