The two members of staff arrived on schedule and as usual were very pleasant and started work immediately to service the gas central heating boiler. They worked efficiently and when finished discussed the work done and provided a copy of the service maintenance record.

My late mum recommended this company to me some years ago. She loved how polite, friendly and efficient both Craig and Kevin were. They carried out annual gas boiler checks for her along with several other jobs. Their prices were more than competitive and their work ethic second to none. In the past they have regularly serviced my gas boiler and installed a new kitchen mixer tap They've just left after resoving another plumbing issue in my bathroom, they completed the work quickly and competently, leaving everything clean and tidy, even taking all rubbish with them! The price was as the original quote and, as expected, absolutely nothing has changed, standards were still as high as ever and they were so friendly and polite. I am a genuine customer who would happily recommend this company and the professionalism that comes with it.

Kevin and Craig are excellent heating engineers. Very conscientious, polite, friendly and tidy workers. They are both very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail both before they start the job and once it has been completed. They undertook a complicated 3 day job for me and my heating is now working as it should be. The job included relocating a radiator, fitting 2 new ones, fitting new pipework. They also fitted a new isolation valve and an outside tap in my garden. I have also used them a number of times in the past to service the boiler at my previous property. Would highly recommend if you are looking for trustworthy and reliable heating engineers in North Somerset.

Mains water leak. Very reliable, polite and great to deal with. Job completed to extremely high standard. Would use again and happily recommend to others
